Armor 23 Ultra has an included internal battery; you can track your battery status with the icon shown on the top right of the screen. Please note that in this model, battery is not replaceable by the user.

Satellite Messaging
Your Armor 23 Ultra can send and receive text-based messages via the Bullitt Satellite Messenger app when there is no cellular or Wi-Fi network. To use the service, you need to activate the service and have an active subscription.
Account Setup
First, open the Bullitt Satellite Messenger app to create your free Bullitt
Satellite
Messenger account. Tap “Sign up” > input information > complete sign-up >
enter the verification code.
Satellite Service Activation
Verify your email address and country.
There are two options to activate your satellite service. You can activate it by activation code. Find the activation code in your phone by going to home screen > Settings > About Phone > SIM Card Status > NTN Activation Code. Long press it to copy the code and input it into the app to activate.
You can also activate it by ICCID/IMSI. Find the ICCID/IMSI code in your phone by going to home screen > Settings > About Phone > SIM Card Status > NTN ICCID Code / NTN IMSI Code. Long press it to copy the code and input it into the app to activate.
Satellite Plan Subscription
Once the satellite services are activated, proceed with choosing the subscription plan. Select the corresponding SOS package, fill in the personal information, and continue to payment details. When the subscription is completed, you can now use satellite messenger app.
Menu
- Profile : Here you can edit your profile, check your membership tier, see your remaining monthly allocation, and change/manage your subscription

- Settings – Check In : Check-in allows you to send pre-defined messages to a selected contact quickly. First, tap “Add contact” to select a recipient from the existing contact or add a new Choose the message that you would like

- Settings – Blocked Contacts : You can choose between satellite blocked (block one or more contacts from sending you messages over satellite but allow cellular or Wi-Fi) or fully blocked (block one or more contacts from sending you messages).

Connecting to Satellite
To connect to a satellite, tap the satellite icon in the top right corner of
the screen.
Hold the phone vertically in your hand and follow the instructions to connect
to asatellite. When you’re connected to a satellite, the icon turns green.
To send a message, tap the (+) button to start composing a message. Select the
contact that you wish to send the message to. By selecting the location pin,
you can include your location. Messages are limited to 140 characters and the
icon right to the text field indicates the length of the message. If you
exceed the limit, the icon turns red.
Note : The app will always send messages over cellular network or Wi-Fi
if it can. If your message has been sent/receiver over satellite, it will be
marked by an orange triangle.
Important note : Any message sent or received over satellite will be
deducted from your monthly allocation.
SOS Feature
The utilization of the SOS feature on the Armor 23 Ultra should be reserved solely for critical, life-threatening circumstances. Activation of this feature transmits an alert signal directly to a global response centre, who may subsequently notify the relevant emergency responders, such as local law enforcement agencies, highway patrol, the Coast Guard, or search and rescue teams, based on your GPS location and personal information.
Important note: The inappropriate or false use of SOS messages may result
in incurring additional, and possibly substantial, liability charges.
An SOS message can be sent in two ways. You can press and hold the physical
red key on the top of the phone for five seconds, ten press and hold the SOS
icon displayed on the screen for three seconds. Alternatively, you can tap SOS
in the app, tap “Start SOS”, and then press and hold the SOS icon displayed on
the screen for three seconds.
Once activated, the SOS response centre will be notified that you need
assistance together with your location. After this, you will be prompted to
answer a series of questions that will provide the response centre with more
context on your situation. If you cannot complete these, your SOS alert will
still be responded to. The response centre will try to engage in a two-way
chat to gather more information on your situation. Again, if you are unable to
respond to these, your SOS alert will still be managed by the response centre.
If you have accidentally sent an SOS message, it is possible to cancel this by
pressing “X” in the app.
