Armor 15 has an included internal battery, you can track your battery status with the icon shown on the top right of the screen. Please note that in this model, battery is not replaceable by the user.

Warning

  • Use only Ulefone-approved batteries specifically designed for your phone.
  • Incompatible batteries can cause serious injuries or damage to your phone.
  • Never place batteries or phones on or in heating devices, such as microwave oven or radiator. Batteries may explode when overheated.

Language

  • Enter the Settings app, scroll down to find the “Language and Input” setting, and then select your language in the list.
  • Note that it is normal that some system texts are not translated to your language.

Dialling
You can call from the Phone app, the Contacts app or other apps and widgets. Wherever you see a phone number, you can click it to make a call.

  1. Touch the phone icon on home screen or in the app list.
  2. Choose or search out a contact.
  3. Click the call icon to call the contact.

To view the most recent calls, click on the clock icon .
You can also make a call if you input the phone number on the dial pad.

Messaging

To send a message:

  1. Touch the SMS icon on the home screen or in the app list.
  2. Press to write a new message.
  3. Type contact name, phone number, or press to add one or more contacts as  message receivers.
  4. Type the text message.
  5. Press to add pictures, videos, or audio files.
  6. Send the message by pressing the send button .

Photography

To take a photo:

  1. Open the camera  .
  2. Frame the picture.
  3. Touch the shutter to take the picture.

Safety Information

Please read this safety information carefully so that you can use your phone in a safe way.

  • Children: Be very careful with children and your phone. A mobile phone contains a number of detachable parts. Exercise great care when children are in a close proximity to the phone. The phone contains small parts that could be swallowed or cause choking. If your phone is equipped with a camera or lighting device, do not use it too near children or animals.
  • Hearing: Prolonged listening at full power using a lightweight headset or headphones can damage your hearing. Reduce the volume to the lowest possible level when listening to music or conversations. Avoid high volumes over extended periods.
  • Driving: Exercise care when driving. Driving required maximum attention at all times in order to minimise the risk of accidents. Using a mobile phone can distract the user and result in an accident. You must fully comply with the local regulations and laws in force regarding the use of cell phones whilst driving. You are not allowed to use the phone whilst driving. A hands-free kit should not be regarded as an alternative solution.
  • Flying: Turn your phone off when flying. Remember to turn your phone off when you are in a place as it may cause interference.
  • Hospitals: Turn your phone off near any medical devices. It is extremely dangerous to leave a phone switched on near medical devices as it may cause interference. You must observe any instructions or warnings in hospitals and treatment centres.
  • Dangerous environments: Remember to turn your phone off in service stations. Do not use your device on gas stations near fuel. It is dangerous to use your phone inside a professional garage.
  • Electronic implants and pacemakers: Users who wear a pacemaker or who are fitted with an electronic implant must hold the phone on the opposite side to their implant as a precaution when making a call. If you notice that your phone is causing an interference with a pacemaker, switch it off immediately and contact the manufacturer of the pacemaker for advice on what action to take.
  • Fire hazard: Do not leave your device near heat sources such as radiators or cookers. Do not leave your phone charging near flammable materials as there is a real risk of fire.
  • Contact with liquid: Do not expose the phone to liquid or touch it with wet hands. Any damage caused by water may be irreparable.
  • Use only Ulefone-approved accessories: The use of unauthorised accessories may damage your phone or cause a safety risk.
  • Do not destroy the batteries and chargers. Never use a battery or charged that has been damaged, keep batteries away from magnetic objects as the latter might cause a short-circuit between the positive and negative terminals of your batteries and permanently destroy the battery or phone. As a general rule, you should not expose the batteries to very high or very low temperatures (below 0°C or above 45°C). Differences in temperature may reduce the battery autonomy and service life.
  • Shocks and impact: Handle and use your phone with the utmost care. Protect your phone: Shocks and impact may damage it. Some parts of your phone are made from glass and might break If the phone is dropped or is subject to severe impact. Avoid dropping your phone. Do not touch the screen with sharp objects.
  • Electric shock: Do not try to dismantle your phone as there is a very real risk of electric shock.
  • Maintenance: If you want to clean your handset, use a dry cloth (do not use a solvent, such as benzene or alcohol).
  • Recharge your phone in a well-ventilated area. Do not recharge your device when it is resting on a soft surface.
  • Damage to magnetic strips: Keep your phone away from credit cards as they may damage the data on the magnetic strips.

  • The usage of non-original accessories such as headsets, chargers, etc., will cause incompatibility between the mobile phone and the accessories that may cause a degradation of performance and malfunction, and we are not responsible for any damage that may occur.

Charging Indications

  • Charging. Put the earbuds in the charging case (on the top of Armor 15) to charge, when the earbuds are charging, the red light is always on and the status bar at the top of Armor 15 will display the earbuds battery icon and charging prompt; when the earbuds are fully charged, the indicated light goes out and the battery prompt disappears.
  • Low power prompt. When the earbuds battery voltage is lower than 3.55V, there will be a “Low Battery” warning tone every minute.

Power on/off

  • Boot method: Pick up two earbuds from the charging case and they will automatically turn on.
  • Shutdown method: Put the earbuds into the charging case, the earbuds is turned off. After turning on or disconnected from the Bluetooth, if there is no operation, the earbuds will automatically shut down after about three minutes.
  • Low power shutdown: When the earbuds battery voltage is lower than 3.2V, the earbuds will automatically shut down.

Pairing and connection

  • TWS pairing: Pick up two earbuds from the charging case to flash between a red and blue light (when true wireless earphones are not paired), and the two earbuds will automatically pair. When the true wireless earphones pairing is successful, the blue light of the left and right earbuds flash quickly.
  • Fast pairing: When the Bluetooth of the phone is turned on, take out two earbuds from the charging case, and the phone will automatically pop up a quick pairing prompt; follow the prompts to complete the pairing and connection to the phone. Note: Only after connecting for the first time or clearing the Bluetooth connection record, a pairing prompt box will pop up. Subsequent connections will be automatically reconnected without a pairing prompt box popping up.
  • Common pairing.
    • Manual connection: Find the Bluetooth menu in the Settings and turn on the Bluetooth. Search for Bluetooth devices and select “uBuds Inside” to pair.
    • Automatic reconnection: When the earbuds are on and paired successfully, they will enter the reconnection mode within five seconds and reconnect to the latest paired device.
    • Disconnect and reconnect: The earbuds can be too far from the phone to cause disconnection. If the earbuds are back in the working area within three minutes, the connection will be restored. You will need to reconnect the earbuds manually after three minutes had gone by.
  • Bluetooth disconnection.
    • Disconnect from great distance: The earbuds and the mobile phone are disconnected when you cross great distance. If the earbuds aren’t in the working area within three minutes, they will disconnect and turn off.
    • Manual disconnection: Find the Bluetooth menu in the Settings, search for paired device “uBuds Inside” and disconnect or delete the device.
  • Single Ear Mode: The earbuds support single ear mode; taking out a single earbud from the case to automatically reconnect to the latest paired device; if there is no paired device, you can manually pair it with Bluetooth.

Functions and Operations

Calls
When the earbuds are in the pairing state, after connecting with the mobile phone, when there is an incoming call, there will be a ringtone reminder of the incoming call.

  • Answer incoming calls. Double click the left or right earbud switch button to answer the call. (In single ear mode, operate in the same way.)
  • Hang up the phone. During the conversation with the other party, if you want to end the call, double click the left or right earbud switch button to hang up the call.
  • Reject the call. Press and hold the left or right earbud switch button for two seconds and then let go to reject the call from the other party.

Music/Standby Mode

  • Play/Pause: When the earbuds are in the pairing state, after connecting with the mobile phone, select the app playback software you need to start, then double click the left and right earbud switch button to start playing music. Double click the left or right earbud switch again to pause the music playback.
  • Switch between songs: When the earbuds are in the pairing state, after connecting with the mobile phone, in the process of playing music, at this time triple-click the left or right earbud switch button, the music can switch to the next song. Quadruple-click the left or right earbud switch button, the music can switch to the previous song.
  • Voice assistant: When the earbuds is successfully paired and connected to the mobile phone, press and hold the left or right earbud button for five seconds to turn on the voice assistant. Press and hold the left or right earbud button for five seconds again to turn off the voice assistant.

Notes

  • There is no sound in a certain earbud due to improper operation or long-time shielding of the earbud signal. Please try to move to the range where the signal can be received to restore normal operation.
  • For failures caused by unknown causes, turn off the earbuds and then turn it on again.
  • If you change a single product or misuse it, causing the left and right earbuds to be disconnected, pair the left and right earbuds again.
  • If there is no sound when listening to music after the earbuds are connected to the mobile phone, please go to the Bluetooth settings of the mobile phone and find the name of the connected earbuds (uBuds Inside). When the connection is displayed, click the earbuds name again.
  • If the two earbuds have been paired and connected to the mobile phone, there is no sound from the earbud after answering the call. You need to check the audio output of the mobile phone and select the Bluetooth pairing name (uBuds Inside) corresponding to the earbud before proceeding to Bluetooth call.

Warranty Conditions

A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If you need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller directly, you must provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase.
The following are considered to be a conflict with the warranty conditions, for which the claimed claim may not be recognized:

  • Using the product for any purpose other than that for which the product is intended or failing to follow the instructions for maintenance, operation, and service of the product.
  • Damage to the product by a natural disaster, the intervention of an unauthorized person or mechanically through the fault of the buyer (e.g., during transport, cleaning by inappropriate means, etc.).
  • Natural wear and aging of consumables or components during use (such as batteries, etc.).
  • Exposure to adverse external influences, such as sunlight and other radiation or electromagnetic fields, fluid intrusion, object intrusion, mains overvoltage, electrostatic discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage and inappropriate polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power supplies, etc.
  • If anyone has made modifications, modifications, alterations to the design or adaptation to change or extend the functions of the product compared to the purchased design or use of non-original components.
