After-sales service and warranty scope
Dear user: Thank you for using the electric bike produced by our company
To protect your legal rights, please keep this manual properly. When you use
this vehicle, please inspect and debug it on the spot and have the right to
ask the salesperson to provide correct operation methods and maintenance
items, provide a valid purchase certificate and warranty card, and the address
and contact number of the warranty unit.
Correct use and maintenance of main components
- Motor Ordinary motor adopts high-efficiency and energy-saving rare earth neodymium-boron permanent magnet material, outer rotor directly drives wheels, gearless transmission mechanism, reliable structure, beautiful appearance, large starting torque, small current, strong climbing ability, high efficiency and energy saving, Long life, low noise and other advantages.
- The motor usually does not require special maintenance, but it cannot be driven in deep water. After normal use for about 12 months, please go to the local dealership, repair center, and special service station for maintenance.
- Special note: When using in rainy weather, the motor should not be driven in deep water, let alone the water surface beyond the position of the rear wheel center axle; during your use, pay attention to check the firm state of the electric wheel hub mounted on the rear flat fork. If the nut is loose, tighten it in time or ask professional service personnel to check and deal with it.
- Controller The controller is the control center of the electric system of electric vehicles. The system includes motor drive, battery undervoltage/overcurrent protection, brake power failure, power display, stepless speed regulation, ACS, constant speed cruise, 1:1 assist, etc.
- Features, the controller adopts the imported high-performance single-chip microcomputer control chip, samples the sensor signals in time through the components, and issues work instructions through programprocessing. High efficiency, balanced starting and rapid acceleration. Make your riding feel stable and comfortable. It is your best condition to use under various conditions and achieve the purpose of safe driving.
- Battery This bike uses a sealed lithium battery, which has outstanding advantages such as large capacity, long life and no pollution. At the same time, the service life of the battery is closely related to your correct use. For this reason, we cautiously warn users. When using this bike, please pay attention to:
- The new bike purchased may have insufficient battery power due to the transportation and storage for a certain period of time. Please be sure to fully charge the battery (the recommended charging time for the first charge is not less than 10 hours) before using the electric drive.
- When riding each time, do not use the electric energy to the lowest allowable voltage. If it is sufficient in time, the battery may serve you for a longer time. Therefore, it is very important to develop the habit of charging in time every day, especially if it is used to the lowest voltage without charging for a long time, it will cause great damage to the battery and shorten the life.
- The battery is affected by the ambient temperature. The operating temperature of the product is within the range of -15~45℃. When the temperature is too high, it will affect its service life, and if the temperature is too low (below -15℃), it will reduce its effective capacity by 20%-30 %. It is recommended that after riding in winter, the battery part should be brought into a warm indoor environment at about 10°C for charging or storage.
- If you do not use the electric scooter for a long time, please ensure that the battery is recharged once in 10-15 days, otherwise the long-term storage will seriously shorten the battery life.
- Charger This bike is equipped with a fully automatic intelligent charger, which is a key component for replenishing energy to the battery. It adopts a three-stage pulse charging method.
- There is no need for special supervision during charging. It can be easily charged wherever there is a 220V AC power supply.
- When charging, the charger should be placed in a cool and ventilated place, and it must be far away from the cloakroom or fire source. Never let the charger enter the water or melt at high temperature to avoid accidents caused by damage to the charger. After fully charging, first connect the plug on the AC power source, and then unplug the plug connected to the battery.
- The charging indicator has two or two colors, and the connection line will display two red or red, indicating that it is charging. One of the red to green indicates that the battery is basically fully charged and enters the low-current “slow charging” maintenance state. At this time, it is best to continue charging for about 1-2 hours, but the maximum continuous charging time should not exceed 10 hours.(If the charger does not turn on after 10 hours of continuous charging, please stop charging immediately and send it to your local dealer or after-sales service station for repair).
Important tips and advice for charger safety precautions.
- When you charge the battery, you must use the company’s original charger; otherwise the company will not be responsible for any damage.
- Don’t put the charger in the tail box with the car. The charger will be damaged due to vibration and humidity.
- Please do not modify the car body, cables, electrical components and other related structural performance of the bike privately; unauthorized changes to theparameters of cables and electrical components will cause the performance of the whole bike to decline or the failure of electrical performance and other situations to occur. Shorten the service life of the bike, and the performance cannot be effectively guaranteed; the company will not be responsible for the responsibilities and losses arising therefrom, and the user will bear it.
