- Do not use this chair unless all bolts, screws and knobs are tightened.

- Some parts are heavy and/or have sharp edges, please install with care to avoid injury to yourself and others.
Instructions for Use
Thank
you for purchasing our products. Please read these instructions before
assembly.
And please assemble in the correct order. After assembly, please keep the
instructions carefully. Make sure that all parts are included (20 types in
total).
Assembly Instruction
Step 1
Turn the Base(8) upside down, insert Base Legs(7) one by one to the Base(8),
then tighten them with 10 Screws(20) by the Wrench(15).
Step 2
Insert Casters(10) into the Base Legs(7). Then insert Gas Lift(5) into the
hole in the center of the Base(8).
Step 3
Put Screw Washers(13) and Spring washers(14) on each Screws(18). Then use them
to attach the Back Bar(4) to the Chair Back(1) by Wrench(15).
Step 4
Attached the Armrests(3) to the Seat(2) with 2 Serews(17) by Wrench(15).
Secure Base Plate(9) to Seat(2) with 4 Screws(16).
Step 5
Insert the Back Bar(4) into the hole at the back of the Seat(2), then
tighten them with 3 Screws(19) by Wrench (15).
Attach the Back Bar Cover(6) to the Chair Back by pushing the buckle into the
slot.
Finally, remove the Headrest(11) and Lumbar Pillow(12). Strap the Headrest(11)
to the top of the chair and place the Lumbar Pillow(12) at the lumbar position
of the chair.
