Nestled away in a magnificent vaulted cellar built of pink sandstone from the Vosges region, our confidential and intimate Spa includes an indoor swimming pool with waterfall, three treatment rooms (one double, perfect for couples or friends), sensory shower, steam room and sauna.

In keeping with its theme, the sandstone-clad 5 Terres Spa has selected Gemology products, which are created from precious stones. This range of mineral skincare products, made exclusively for spa, was created by Chrystelle Lannoy, a cosmetics expert and precious gemstone.

This unique spa setting, among the vineyards of Alsace, offers an exceptional beauty experience with effective massages and treatments for the face and body.

Facial Treatments

Before your facial treatment, your beauty therapist will analyse your skin and diagnose the treatment you need. Simply choose the duration and we will take care of the rest.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before the start of your treatment, and we suggest that you visit the sauna or steam room beforehand to relax your body and make your experience as pleasant as possible.

We provide well-being and relaxation massages; we do not provide therapeutic massages.

Please let us know about any health issues or specific needs.
Unless advised otherwise, pregnant women can only receive facial treatments. These can be done from the third month of pregnancy.
Swimwear is mandatory in all areas of the spa.

Children under 16 years are not eligible for treatments.
Young people between 16 and 18 years may access treatments, when accompanied by a parent or other adult in the treatment room.

SPA OPENING HOURS

Hotel residents :
Every day 9:00 to 20:00.

Non-residents :
Sunday 12:00 to Friday 15:00, by reservation.

Access to the spa is by reservation only for a minimum treatment of 45 minutes per person.
