Please read the instructions carefully before using them. The manual contains four machine models: T-102, T-102S， T-103， and T-103S.

ASSEMBLE

Assemble illustrations

Step 1:
Assemble transmit bar, the longest one, and the H-type one. Then screw the H-type bar according to the height you want.

Step2:
Put the longest bar into the two holes beside the cabinet, and screw the bar .

Step 3:
Assemble the L-type bar.

Step 4:
Assemble the control head.

Step 5:
Put the mold into the funnel, and assemble them to control head. Then screw the mold’s top and the funnel’s bottom.

Step 6:
Speed regulation motor assembly(T-102S,T-103S).

Then assemble the cooling plate according to your need.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

• Make sure that your power supply matches the power that is marked on the product. The deviation is under 10%.
• DO NOT Handle roughly or drop on hard surfaces.
• DO NOT Mix with other utensils in the sink when washing.
• DO NOT Allow it to rust. Always wash parts thoroughly. Dry completely and then lubricate with mineral oil or liquid shortening before storing or reinstalling in unit.
• DO NOT Force the machine if it becomes jammed. Disassemble and remove any obstruction to prevent damage to the plunger. Never immerse it in water or any other liquid.
• Keep it out of reach of kids and incompetent persons.
• If it shows any signs of damage, have it repaired by a qualified electrician.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Unpack the machine, and choose the mold you need. Then install the machine. (Do place the machine in a horizontal position.)

2. Connect power. Make sure that the power requirements of the machine match the power source as specified on the data plate. But DO NOT turn on the Temperature control when you want to change the mold.

3. Have all the materials needed to make donuts.

4. Pull oil into the fryer tank, and oil must over the heating tube.
   ! Never have the machine heat when the oil tank is empty.

5. Turn on its power switch(P), and power indicator lights at the same time. Then rotate Temperature control (T1) to the desired temperature, and you will find the heat indicator is on. The heating tube is working.

When the oil’s temperature reaches your fixed temperature, the green indicator will be off and the yellow indicator will be on.

When the oil’s temperature is too high ( over 200℃ ), to protect the machine, the electricity of the machine will be cut automatically. But you can reset the machine vie press the reset switch ( R ) which is on the machine’s backside after the oil‘s temperature is a bit down.

To get a healthy diet, please notice the frying time.

During making the donut, you can rotate the screw to adjust the weight of the dough in 3 degrees.

Degree 1 is the smallest and degree 3 is the heaviest.

1. DO cut off the appliance’s power supply and wait for it to cool down before cleaning.

2. Have oil out of the oil tank via the oil valve.

3. Take off the control head and hopper if needed.

4. Rotate the heating pipe to the backside. The machine can be cleaned easily.
   Do not use strong alkali cleaners such as lye, soda ash, or trisodium phosphate, these will discolor or even corrode the equipment. Wipe the appliance with soft cloth. Never with abrasive products.

5. Dry each part of the machine when it is not used. And place it in a dry condition.
