Product Usage Instructions
- Safety
- Ensure appropriate use of the shower toilet for anal and genital cleansing only. Do not press the toilet seat and lid down with your hand to avoid damaging the dampers. Follow the cleaning instructions provided on page 14.
- Operation and Function
- The shower toilet cleanses the anal area with rear wash and also offers lady wash for cleansing the genital area. Adjust water temperature, flow rate of the shower spray, and spray arm position as needed. Program individual user profiles for personalized use.
- Settings
- Refer to the settings section to customize your AXENT.ONEPLUS for additional comfort functions like seat heating, Air Dryer, Deodorizer, User detection, and Massage functions.
- Cleaning and Care
- Regular cleaning and care are essential. Follow the cleaning instructions provided in the manual. Descaling is required every 4months when the night light flashes red. Perform a system reset after descaling to reset the indicator light.

APPROPRIATE USE
- The AXENT shower toilet is designed for anal and genital cleansing.
- Not included are other purposes deemed improper.
- AXENT does not accept liability for the consequences of improper use or installation.
OPERATION
- As a functioning toilet, the AXENT shower toilet is suitable for all age groups.
- However, the other functions of shower toilet can be used by children aged from 3 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of it in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Each person perceives temperatures individually: thereforecheck the water, air dryer and seat temperature before use. Children shall not play with the shower toilet and must not carry out cleaning or maintenance work without supervision.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Do not take a damaged device or main connection cables into operation.
- Connect the device only to an earthed electricalvoltage as specified on the type label. For further information please refer to the technical data sheet.
- The original hose-sets supplied with the appliance shall be used.
- The old hose-sets should not be re-used.
- Check regularly that all functions are working normally. If you suspect a fault, disconnect the shower toilet from the mains power supply immediately and contact AXENT customer service.
- Do not open and repair the unit yourself or install it. Never modify the device or add any additional modules.
- The AXENT shower toilet carries live parts and opening it exposes those present to fatal danger!
- Repairs done by not skilled or authorised persons can lead to malfunction, damage and dangerous accidents.
- Therefore repairs may only be carried out by authorised and trained persons using original spare parts and accessories. Only standard accessories, original spare parts and the delivery included main connection cable may be used.
- Do not make any modification on the main connection cable. Should it be damaged, it must be replaced by AXENT customer service.
- In case of malfunction during operating consult the basic information at the point Troubleshooting. If required contact customer service.
- Operation and maintenance work may only be performed by the operator or user as described in these operating instructions. For the use of AXENT shower toilet only drinking water may be used no rain nor grey water.
BATTERIES
- Batteries can be life-threatening if swallowed. Therefore keep batteries out of the reach of small children. If a battery has been swallowed, call for medical assistance immediately.
- Batteries may not be recharged, reactivated by other means, dismantled, exposed to fire or short-circuited.
- Always remove discharged batteries from the remote control immediately, because they may leak and cause damage.
- Remove the batteries if you do not intend to use the remote control for a longer period.
- Clean the battery and contacts before inserting the battery. Note the proper polarity.
- Do not expose the batteries to extreme conditions. Batteries must not be set down on hot surfaces or exposed to direct sunlight. Otherwise there is a risk of leakage.
- If battery acid has leaked out, avoid contact with skin, eyes and mucous membranes. In case of contact with the acid, flush the affected areas with large amounts of clean water and consult a doctor immediately.
- Do not insert new and old batteries together in the remote control.
SAFETY
TOILET SEAT AND LID WITH LOWERING FUNCTION
Dampers cushion the toilet seat and lid noiselessly and slow down closing. The
seat and lid open just like any normal toilet seat and lid.
- Do not press the toilet seat and lid down with your hand. This will damage the dampers. The maximum static loading capacity of seat is 150 kg.
CLEANING
- Cleaning and care must be followed according to the cleaning instructions (page 14).
- No liability is accepted in the event of non-compliance.
- Every 4 months, the night light flashes red to let you know that all parts in contact with water need to be descaled.
- After the descaling process (page 15), perform a system reset (page 11), this resets the red night light indicator.
USE
- This user manual corresponds to the state of the device technology at the time of printing.
- AXENT reserves the right to make changes in terms of further development. This documentation is also subject to change.

INTRODUCTION
Two versions of the shower toilet are available.
- AXENT.ONE
- The shower toilet cleanses the anal area (rear wash) and the lady wash also cleanses the genital area.
- The water temperature, flow rate of the shower spray, and spray arm position are adjustable. Individual user profiles can be programmed.
- AXENT.ONEPLUS
- The PLUS version offers additional comfort functions such as seat heating, Air Dryer, Deodorizer, User detection and Massage functions.
- AXENT REMOTE CONTROL
- The shower toilet is controlled via the remote control or via the smartphone app.
- On delivery, the remote control comes with a magnetic bracket and fastening materials (double-sided adhesive tape) for wall mounting. The small screw also supplied is used for fixing the remote control to the wall bracket.
- Position the remote control bracket in such a way that you can reach it comfortably while sitting on the shower toilet.
- Standby mode
- If the remote control is not used for a while, it automatically switches to standby mode and all LEDs switch off.
- To exit Standby mode, press any icon.

- The AXENT.ONE shower toilet can be controlled via Bluetooth using the app for iOS and Android.
- As with the remote control, you can use it to individually adjust the water temperature, flow rate and spray arm position.
- Download the app «AXENT.Remote» free of charge from the App Store or Google Play.
- Please register your product via app.
- BLUETOOTH
- You can switch off Bluetooth if you do not wish to use this function.
- Remote control settings mode is active.
- Press and hold Lady Wash and press Rear Wash .
- Stop .
- flashes slowly Bluetooth is enabled.
- flashes quickly Bluetooth is disabled.
- Factory setting: Bluetooth is enabled.
OPERATION AND FUNCTION
- EVERYDAY USE
- To clean intimate areas with water, press Rear Wash or Lady Wash.
- The spray arm extends and cleans you with a gentle spray of water.
- The water has a pleasant temperature.
- The water temperature and position and intensity of the shower spray can be individually adjusted.
REAR WASH
You are sitting on the shower toilet.
- Press Rear Wash and the shower process is started.
- Press Stop to stop the rear wash.
- The rear wash will stop automatically after continuous usage of 3 minutes.
LADY WASH
You are sitting on the shower toilet.
- Press Lady Wash and the shower process is started.
- Press Stop to stop the lady wash.
- The lady wash will stop automatically after continuous usage of 3 minutes.
WATER TEMPERATURE
You are sitting on the shower toilet and the shower function is active.
Temperature and Water temperature light up.
- Turn the rotating ring
- clockwise the temperature is increased.
- counter-clockwise the temperature is reduced.
- The set temperature can be viewed on the LED display.
- If the LED lights are off, the water temperature is cold.
WATER VOLUME
You are sitting on the shower toilet and the shower process is active.
- Press Water volume .
- Turn the rotating ring
- clockwise the water volume is increased.
- counter-clockwise the water volume is reduced.
- The chosen flow rate can be viewed on the LED display.
SPRAY ARM POSITION
You are sitting on the shower toilet and the shower process is active.
- Press Spray Arm position
- Turn the rotating ring
- clockwise the spray arm moves forward.
- counter-clockwise the spray arm moves back.
- The chosen Spray Arm position can be viewed on the LED display.
USER PROFILE
The Water temperature, flow rate and spray arm position can be individually saved in 5 user profiles for the rear wash and the lady wash functions.
Saving a personal profile
You are sitting on the shower toilet.
- Press User Profile to select where you want to save the profile (LED 1–5).
- Start the Rear Wash or Lady Wash shower function.
- While the shower is in operation, adjust the Water temperature, flow rate and Spray Arm position according to your needs.
- To save, press Stop . The shower stops and your selected settings are saved.
Using a personal profile
You are sitting on the shower toilet.
- Keep pressing User Profile to select your saved profile (LED 1–5).
- Start the Rear Wash or Lady Wash shower function.
- To finish, press Stop .
MASSAGE
You are sitting on the shower toilet and the shower process is active. The massage function can be activated and set as desired.
- Pressing Massage multiple times.
- Once oscillating (shower spray moves forwards and backwards).
- Twice pulsating (spray alternates between stronger and weaker spray).
- Three times oscillating and pulsating at the same time.
- Four times massage function stops.
SEAT TEMPERATURE
You are sitting on the shower toilet.
- Press Temperature multiple times to select a seat temperature .
- Turn the rotating ring
- clockwise the temperature is increased.
- counter-clockwise the temperature is reduced.
- The set temperature can be viewed on the LED display.
- If the LED lights are off, the seat heating is switched off.
AIR DRYER
You are sitting on the shower toilet and the shower process is finished.
- Press Air Dryer to start the Air Dryer function.
- Press Stop to stop the Air Dryer.
- The Air Dryer stops automatically after 3 minutes of continuous operation.
AIR DRYER TEMPERATURE
You are sitting on the shower toilet and the drying process is active. Temperature and Air Dryer temperature light up.
- Turn the rotating ring
- clockwise the temperature is increased.
- counter-clockwise the temperature is reduced.
- The set temperature can be viewed on the LED display.
- If the LEDs are off, the Air Dryer temperature is cold.
SETTINGS
REMOTE CONTROL SETTINGS MODE
- In settings mode, you can manage additional functions:
- Night light
- Signal tone
- System reset
- Shower toilet standby mode
- System purge
- Emptying the water tank
- Seat heating energy-saving mode (AXENT.ONEPLUS)
- Automatic Deodorizer (AXENT.ONEPLUS)
- Automatic self-cleaning function (AXENT.ONEPLUS)
ACTIVATING SETTINGS MODE
- Press and hold Stop and also press Temperature until the LED display flashes slowly.
- The AXENT logo lights up without flashing.
- You are now in settings mode.
EXITING SETTINGS MODE
- Press Stop to exit settings mode.
- The setting mode is automatically terminated after 3 minutes of inactivity.
NIGHT LIGHT
Settings mode is active.
- Press Temperature multiple times.
- The icon
- lights up without flashing the night light is permanently on.
- flashes quickly the night light is permanently off.
- flashes slowly the night light switches on and off automatically depending on ambient brightness.
- The display switches off after a few seconds, and your setting is saved.
- Factory setting: The night light switches on and off automatically depending on ambient brightness.
SIGNAL TONE
Settings mode is active.
- Press User Profile multiple times.
- The icon
- flashes slowly the signal tone is active.
- flashes quickly the signal tone is off.
- The display switches off after a few seconds, and your setting is saved.
- Factory setting: The signal tone is active.
SYSTEM RESET
You would like to reset your personal settings to the factory default settings. Settings mode is active.
- Press and hold Temperature and press Water Volume once.
- Stop flashes three times.
- The settings of the remote control and the device are reset to the factory settings.
SHOWER TOILET STANDBY MODE
If you are away for prolonged periods (e.g. on holiday), you can set the
shower toilet to standby mode. Settings mode is active.
- Simultaneously press User Profile and Spray Arm Position .
- Hold until Stop flashes three times and then switches off.
- The Standby mode of the device is now activated.
- To deactivate standby mode, gently knock the rear cover on the left side.
SYSTEM PURGE
If the shower toilet has not been used for a prolonged period, all water bearing parts can be purged with fresh water. Settings mode is active.
- Press Lady Wash .
- The process starts.
- The system purge process stops automatically after 90 seconds.
- To stop it before this time, press Stop .
EMPTYING THE WATER TANK
In the event of service intervention, or before a holiday or prolonged period of no use, the water tank may need to be emptied. Settings mode is active.
- Press Rear Wash .
- The process starts.
- The water tank is emptied.
- If the wash function is started again, the tank is refilled with water.
SEAT HEATING ENERGY-SAVING MODE
When energy-saving mode is active, the shower toilet remembers when it has been used and records this hourly. The seat heating switches on in line with the stored schedule. A new record is saved every day.

- Press and hold Air Dryer and press Massage multiple times..
- The icon
- flashes slowly energy-saving mode is active.

- The display switches off after a few seconds, and your setting is saved.
- Factory setting: Seat heating energy-saving mode is off.
AUTOMATIC DEODORIZER
The deodorizer starts automatically as soon as you sit on the shower toilet. This function can be activated or deactivated.
Settings mode is active.
- Press Massage multiple times.
- The icon
- flashes slowly the deodorizer is active.
- flashes quickly the deodorizer is off.
- The display switches off after a few seconds, and your setting is saved.
- Factory setting: The automatic deodorizer is active.
AUTOMATIC SELF-CLEANING
The spray arm is cleaned with fresh water as soon as you sit on the shower toilet. This function can be activated or deactivated.
Settings mode is active.
- Press Air Dryer multiple times.
- The icon
- flashes slowly self-cleaning is active.
- flashes quickly self-cleaning is off.
- The display switches off after a few seconds, and your setting is saved.
- Factory setting: Automatic self-cleaning is active.
CLEANING AND CARE
The shower toilet has been developed and produced with the utmost care and a keen eye for detail. If you heed a few easy-to-follow cleaning instructions, the quality and aesthetics of your shower toilet will continue to impress you every day.
CLEANING RECOMMENDATION
CLEANING THE REMOTE CONTROL
- Wipe the remote control with a soft cloth (cotton, not microfibre).
CLEANING THE SPRAY ARM
- The stainless steel spray arm should be cleaned at regular intervals.
Settings mode is active.
- Press Spray Arm Position .
- The spray arm extends without spraying any water.
- Clean the spray arm with a soft cloth (cotton, not microfibre) or a soft brush, without exerting any pressure.
- To finish, press Spray Arm Position or Stop . The spray arm moves back to its starting position.
DESCALING PROGRAMME
The entire water system can be descaled as easily as a coffee machine. Fill a container with 200 ml liquid descaler (preferably Durgol, dilute if necessary as per manufacturer’s instructions).
Settings mode is active.
- Press Water Volume .
- The process starts and the water system is fully emptied.
- The spray arm extends without spraying any water.
- Immerse the spray arm in the container of liquid descaler.
- The liquid is absorbed.
- The spray arm moves back to its starting position. The liquid descaler circulates all around the water system and dissolves any limescale.
- The liquid descaler is flushed away automatically.
- The entire water system is purged six times with fresh water.
- This process takes about 6 minutes.
- The night light flashes slowly throughout this process.
- Do not interrupt the descaling programme once it has started.
- After the descaling process, perform a system reset (page 11), this resets the red night light indicator.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS CERAMIC
- Under no circumstances should you use harsh or abrasive cleaning substances such asabrasive cream cleansers, scouring powder or drain cleaner on your ceramic surfaces.
- Also avoid using steam cleaners and hard, abrasive sponges. Please bear in mind that hair colouring products can reduce the effectiveness of AXENT Easy Clean.
- If you follow this guidance then you should remain satisfied with the performance of AXENT Easy Clean for many years. Recommended cleaners for sanitary ceramic surfaces with AXENT Easy Clean finish.
- The use of acidic cleaners with a pH value between 1 and 4 is highly recommended. Cleaners with a pH value in the neutral range (5 to 8) are not always suitable.We strongly advise against using either weak or strong alkaline cleaners, i.e. substances with pH values from 9 to 12.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS SEAT, LID AND REAR COVER
- To continue enjoying your toilet seat and lid for as long as possible, please follow these care tips.
- Clean them regularly and promptly to prevent stubborn mineral stains.
- The toilet seat and lid can be removed, cleaned and refitted quickly and easily.
- Clean surfaces thoroughly with a soft cloth (cotton, not microfibre).
- Use clear, warm water, and a bit of gentle detergent to remove heavier soiling.
- Do not use spray cleaners or microfibre cloths.
- Leave the toilet seat and lid open while the detergent acts on ceramic surfaces.
- Do not use detergents that foam or contain chlorine.
- Wipe the hinges dry.
- The seat of the AXENT.ONEPLUS contains electronics, therefore do not immerse or rinse in water!
REMOVING THE TOILET SEAT AND LID
- Open the seat and lid.
- Pull the seat and lid vertically upwards out of the fixture at an angle of 90°.
FITTING THE TOILET SEAT AND LID
Insert the toilet seat and lid vertically from above.
- First push the left-hand bolt of the seat into the hinge.
- Press and hold the right-hand bolt of the seat.
- Push the toilet seat and lid down until they click into place in the hinge.
CLEANING HINGES
To ensure your shower toilet functions perfectly, the fixture (bolts and
hinges) must be cleaned regularly.
- Remove the toilet seat and lid as per the instructions.
- Clean the hinges of the rear cover with a damp cloth (cotton, not microfibre), then dry.
- Clean the bolts of the toilet seat and lid with a damp cloth (cotton, not microfibre), then dry.
MALFUNCTIONS DURING OPERATION
- ELECTRICAL SHOCK! FATAL DANGER!
- Never open the unit in order to repair it yourself. Never modify the device or add an any additional modules.
- The AXENT shower toilet carries live parts and opening it exposes those present to fatal danger!
- Warranty and liability claims as a result of wrong handling are specifically excluded.
ADDITIONAL MALFUNCTIONS DURING OPERATION FOR AXENT.ONEPLUS PRODUCTS ONLY
REPLACING THE DEODORIZER FILTER
Have the deodorizer filter of the AXENT.ONEPLUS replaced by a specialist every
two years.
REPLACING THE BATTERIES OF THE REMOTE CONTROL
If the AXENT logo is flashing, the batteries need to be changed soon. The
remote control requires three 1.5 V LR3 / AAA batteries.
- Open the cover on the back of the remote control.
- Take out the empty batteries and insert new ones. Ensure they are the right way round.
ENVIRONMENT
SUBSTANCE OF CONTENT
- The AXENT shower toilet meets the requirements of the EU directive «Restriction of Hazardous Substances» (2011 / 65 / EU, RoHS). It is largely free of hazardous substances such as lead, cadmium, mercury or chrome VI.
- The European chemical regulation REACH (1907/2006/EG), which regulates the registration, assessment, approval and restriction of certain chemical substances, is also complied with.
PROPER HANDLING WASTE MANAGEMENT
- In accordance with Directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE-II), manufacturers of electrical equipment are obliged to take back old equipment and to dispose of it appropriately.
- Electronic devices often contain still usable materials. At the same time but also many harmful substances that ensure the operation and safety of the equipment. Mishandling or improper disposal of these substances are harmful to humans and the environment.
- This symbol on the nameplate of your device refers to the prohibition of disposal with the usual household waste.
- Please contact your local recycling facility to return waste electrical equipment and ensure its recovery.
- There is also the possibility to contact AXENT for proper disposal which is free of charge.
- In the meantime store the device in a child safe area. With the marking of plastic parts according to international standards for separation, the plastic is disposed appropriately. As for this, your old device will be recycled environmentally conscious.
- Please note! Batteries are not allowed to be disposed in household waste.
DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
- You can obtain a copy of the declaration of conformity from your responsible AXENT sales company.
WARRANTY
END USER WARRANTY
The following voluntary end customer guarantee for AXENT products applies in addition to the statutory liability for material defects of your contractual partner and does not affect it. The warranty period for production or material defects is 5 years from the date of purchase by the end customer, up to a maximum of 6 years after manufacture. The products listed below are excluded from this – a separate period applies to these products:

Warranty claims can be made only if
- Installation and commissioning has been performed by an authorised installation company and in accordance with the instructions.
- The product has been used and maintained in accordance with the user manual.
- The exterior has not been damaged through or as a result of incorrect installation, commissioning, maintenance or cleaning.
- No modifications have been made to the product.
- This warranty is valid only in countries where AXENT is represented by a sales subsidiary or certified sales partner.
- The use of the product in accordance with its intended or recommended use (including commissioning with pure drinking water).
- No product modifications, removal or replacement of individual parts or components have been carried out on the product.
- The manufacturing/serial number or date of manufacture on the product is recognisable.
Exclusion of the manufacturer‘s warranty
- Product defects caused by transport, installation or external impact (shock, impact, fall).
- Product defects caused by normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches, abrasion) or wilful damage.
- Wear parts, e.g. seals, hoses, membranes.
- Consumables, e.g. battery, aerator or filter.
- Dirt ingress, damage caused by limescale deposits, ice or other environmental influences (e.g. moisture, heat), operating or user errors, aggressive environmental influences, chemicals, cleaning agents, over/underpressure or over/undervoltage on the line.
- Damage caused by force majeure or natural disasters, in particular, but not limited to, flooding, lightning, fire, frost or fluctuations in the power supply.
- Sample or exhibition products.
Services in the event of a guarantee claim
- In the event that a product or material defect is detected within the warranty period, AXENT guarantees the following:
- AXENT shall commission an appointed customer service contact to rectify the defect or replace defective parts of the same type and quality free of charge.
- The end user cannot make any further claims, such as a sales cancellation, against AXENT.
- In the event that the defective product is no longer produced at the time of the warranty claim, AXENT reserves the right to deliver an equivalent product. Following replacement, the defective products will become the property of AXENT.
- Services or parts provided under warranty neither extend nor renew the original warranty period. The warranty period for repaired, replaced or completely new installed parts ends with the product’s original warranty period.
- If warranty claims are asserted and it turns out during the inspection of the product by AXENT that there was no defect or that the warranty claim does not exist for one of the abovementioned reasons, AXENT is entitled to charge a service fee according to real expenditure (material, labour, travel).
- This warranty is subject exclusively to Swiss law.
- The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. Any dispute arising from this warranty falls within the jurisdiction of the court where the head office of AXENT is located.

- The water-bearing elements of the safety device to protect the drinking water from contamination due to backflow (family A, type B in accordance with EN 13077) are made of the approved materials POM and silicone.
- Depending on the actual conditions, the measured values of the water, Air Dryer and Seat temperature may differ slightly from the specified temperatures.
