Charging
It is recommended to fully charge the headset before initial use. Charging
time is approximately 1.5 hours. Use the USB charging cable provided or opt
for the optional charging stand.
Power On/Off
To power on, press the power button until the LED indicator turns green. To
power off, press and hold the power button until the LED indicator turns red.
Pairing and Connecting Device
If your desk phone lacks built-in Bluetooth, use the BT51 dongle to pair
the headset. The BT51 dongle and headset are pre-paired and will automatically
connect after powering on.
Call & Music Control
- To answer/end calls: Press once
- To redial: Double-press
- To activate voice assistant: Hold for 2 seconds
- To play/pause music: Press once
- To adjust volume: Press volume buttons
- To mute/unmute: Hold for 1.5 seconds
Customers Button
Press once for Teams Edition or hold for 2 seconds for Teams/UC Edition.
For mobile devices, it may activate Siri, Google Assistant, etc.
Replace Ear Cushions
Refer to the Quick Start Guide for instructions on replacing earcushions.
Software Management
Download software from Yealink’s website or Yealink Connect App to manage
the headset. Ensure compatibility with Yealink USB Connect of version 0.36.x.x
or later.

Notes
- The signal range of Bluetooth headset typically spans around 10 meters. Please ensure the distance between your device and the headset is close to prevent signal interruption or degradation.
- It is advised to minimize proximity to other Bluetooth devices or wireless signal sources, such as Wi-Fi routers, to reduce the likelihood of interference.
- Please do not place any metal and magnetic cards on the charging stand to avoid abnormalities and damage to the charger.
- Please do not charge too far away from the charging sign to get a more efficient charging experience.
Safety Guide
- Do not disassemble the product by yourself or bring it near fire and water to avoid short circuit leakage or damage to the product.
- Do not use the product in high temperature, humidity, and corrosive environment to avoid damaging the circuit and causing failure to charge or other failures.
- Do not expose the product to corrosive liquids. Otherwise, it will cause severe damage.
- Do not disassemble or re-equip the product for any reason to avoid secondary failure and burnout.
- Do not place the product below -10°C or above 60°C.
- Do not knock, throw or shake the product because rough methods will damage the internal circuit board structure.

Save these instructions. Read these safety instructions before use!
General Requirements
- Before you install and use the device, read the safety instructions carefully and observe the situation during operation.
- During the process of storage, transportation, and operation, please always keep the device dry and clean, avoid collision and crash.
- Please attempt not to dismantle the device by yourself. In case of any discrepancy, please contact the appointed maintenance center for repair.
- Please refer to the relevant laws and statutes while using the device. Legal rights of others should be respected as well.
Environmental Requirements
- Do not cover ventilation openings, this equipment is not intended to be used on soft support.
- The marking information is located at the exterior of the bottom
- Place the device at a well-ventilated place. Do not expose the device under direct sunlight.
- Keep the device dry and free of dusts.
- Do not place the device on or near any inflammable or fire-vulnerable object, such as rubber-made materials.
- Keep the device away from any heat source or bare fire, such as a candle or an electric heater.
Operating Requirements
- Do not let a child operate the device without guidance.
- Do not let a child play with the device or any accessory in case of accidental swallowing.
- Please use the accessories provided or authorized by the manufacturer only.
- Do not spill liquid of any kind on the product or use the equipment near water, for example, near a bathtub, washbowl, kitchen sink, wet basement or near a swimming pool.
- When there is smoke emitted from the device, or some abnormal noise or smell, disconnect the device from the power supply, and unplug the power plug immediately.
- Contact the specified maintenance center for repair.
- Do not insert any object into equipment slots that is not part of the product or auxiliary product.
Battery Requirements
- Do not immerse the battery into water, which could short-circuit and damage the battery.
- Do not expose the battery to an open flame or leave the battery where it could be subjected to extremely high temperatures, which could cause the battery to explode.
- Do power the handset off before removing the battery.
- Do not try to use the battery for the power supply of any device other than this handset.
- Do not open or mutilate the battery, released electrolyte is corrosive and may cause damage to your eyes or skin.
- Use only the rechargeable battery pack delivered with the handset or those rechargeable battery packs expressly recommended by Yealink.
- Defective or exhausted battery should never be disposed of as municipal waste. Return old battery to the battery supplier, a licensed battery dealer or a designated collection facility.
Cleaning Requirements
Use a piece of soft, dry and anti-static cloth to clean the device.
Troubleshooting
The usage environment is out of operating temperature range.
- Use in the operating temperature range.
The cable between the unit and the Yealink device is connected incorrectly. 1.
Connect the cable correctly.
You cannot connect the cable properly.
- You may have connected a wrong Yealink device.
- Use the correct power supply.
Some dust, etc., may be in the port.
- Clean the port.
