Printer Connector:

Installing Roll Paper:

  1. Pull the side lever to open the top hatch
  2. Follow the picture directions for paper orientation
  3. Pull out some paper and close the top hatch
  4. Check for paper alignment

Keys and Indicator Lights:

  1. Green Light : Printer standby
  2. Marquee Light : Printer powering on
  3. Blinking Red Lamp : Printer overheating, stop printing
  4. Red and Blue Flashing : Printer cover open/out of paper
  5. FEED Key : Press for paper feed, press continuously for continuous feed

Buzzer Alarm:

Buzzer alerts for paper absence, overheating, open cover, etc.

Cut Knife Maintenance:

Open the cover lever and move it 10 times consecutively to resolve cut knife issues. Do not force open to avoid damage.

  • Can I use this printer without a power adapter?
    • No, the printer requires the power adapter for operation.
  • What should I do if the printer shows a red and blue flashing light?
    • The red and blue flashing light indicates that the printer cover is open or out of paper. Close the cover securely or refill the paper.
  • How do I know if the printer is overheating?
    • If the red light is blinking, it means the printer is overheating. Stop printing and allow the printer to cool down before resuming.

A. Matters need attention

  1. The printer should be installed in a stable place to avoid placing the printer in a place with vibration and shock
  2. Connect the printer’s power adapter to a suitable ground socket. Avoid using the same socket with other large motor equipment that can cause power supply voltage fluctuation.

Install roll paper

  1. Pull the side lever, and the top hatch automatically bounces
  2. Follow the direction of the picture, and pay attention to the direction of the paper
  3. Pull out part of the paper outside the fuselage, press the top hatch cover, and the whole machine closes the lid
  4. Check the paper position for deviation

Keys and indicator lights

  1. Greenlight breathing: Printer’s bright green breath indicates printer standby.
  2. Marquee: The printer light indicates that the printer is powered on.
  3. Blinking red lamp : The red light flashing of the printer indicates that the printer movement is overheating, Stop printing.
  4. Red and blue flashing : The red and blue printer light means the printer cover is open / out of paper.
  5. FEED : Press this key to take the paper, if you continue to press this key, continuous paper delivery

Buzzer alarm: In the absence of paper, overheating, open cover, and other abnormal states after the buzzer alarm
Cut knife stuck maintenance : Open the cover lever to move 10 times consecutively, The blade can be opened after exiting
Warning : Do not force open the flap to damage the print head and automatic paper cutter.
