Installation

General Operation

IMPORTANT: When using the scale for the first time or when moving its location, zero adjustment is required. i.e. press the center of the scale to activate the power and wait until the reading returns to zero (0.0) . Then step on the scale directly for weighing. Further adjustment is not required as long as the scale remains at the original location. Simply step on the scale for subsequent weighing.

STEP 1:
Place the scale on a flat hard surface (avoid carpet or soft surfaces).
STEP 2:
If this is the first time the scale is being used or its position has been changed, press the center of the scale to activate the power and wait until the reading returns to zero (0.0). This is for zero adjustment.
STEP 3:
Step onto the scale platform and stand still. After a few seconds, you will see the weight flashing to indicate a weight reading and the scale will read your weight aloud. Your weight will be displayed for 10 seconds and the scale will automatically turn off. Fig 3

If you want to measure the weight again, please step off, then step on the platform again.
