Product Usage Instructions

Installing Batteries:

  1. Unscrew the back plate of the keypad.
  2. Install the batteries with the correct polarity.
  3. Restore the back plate to the keypad and tighten the screws.

Pairing Smart Keypad:

  1. Open the Anona app and go to the Device page.
  2. Make sure the smart lock is connected to your phone and tap on My password.
  3. Follow on-screen instructions to complete pairing and set your password.
  4. Note: Ensure your phone is connected to the Internet and Bluetooth is enabled. The indicator light on the keypad should be flashing white.

Installing Smart Keypad:

  1. Select suitable installation option for the plate within a 3-meter range of the smart lock.
  2. Option 1: Use adhesive on the back of the plate.
  3. Align the groove on the keypad with the top of the plate and slide down until you hear a clicking sound.
  4. Option 2 (Recommended): Use wall plugs and screws.

  • Q: What should I do if my keypad is not pairing with the smart lock?
    A: Make sure your phone is connected to the Internet, Bluetooth is enabled, and the indicator light on the keypad is flashing white. Follow the pairing instructions carefully.

  • Q: How do I know if my keypad’s batteries are low?
    A: The indicator light on the keypad will show a solid red light and you may hear a buzzer beeping twice when the batteries are low.

Installing batteries

  1. Unscrew the back plate.
  2. Install the batteries with the correct polarity.

Pairing smart keypad

  1. Open the Anona app, go to the “Device” page, and find the Anona smart lock that is to be paired.
  2. Make sure that the smart lock is connected with your phone, and then tap “My password”.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the pairing and set your password.

Note: Before binding, ensure your phone is connected to the Internet and the Bluetooth is enabled. Also ensure the smart keypad is in pairing mode with indicator light flashing white.

  1. Select the suitable option to install the plate.
