Product Usage Instructions

Installation:

1. Cut the ceiling to the required size.
2. Feed the spigot into the ceiling cavity through the hole.
3. Connect the duct to the spigot using duct tape and cable tie.
4. Feed the plenum box into the ceiling cavity through the hole.
5. Secure the spigot to the plenum box using an M5 screw.
6. Install the facia into the plenum.
7. (Optional) Seal any gaps with a small bead of gap sealant matching the ceiling colour.

Rough-in:
Install an inline fan system with 150mm flexible ducting routed from the fan intake to the location of the Linear Slot Grille. Allow for additional ducting as needed.

Additional Tips:

• Make sure to check for clearance of the ceiling framing before installation.
• Fold up the spring and feed it through the opening in the plenum to engage the facia securely.

INSTALLATION

Rough-in
Install an inline fan system with 150mm flexible ducting routed from the intake of the fan to the location of the Linear Slot Grille. Allow a small amount of additional ducting.

1. Cut ceiling WARNING: Check for clearance of ceiling framing.
   

2. Feed spigot into ceiling cavity, through hole

3. Connect the duct to the spigot using duct tape and cable tie

4. Connect the duct to the spigot using duct tape and cable tie

5. Connect spigot to plenum box

6. Secure the spigot to the plenum with an M5 screw

7. Install facia into plenum.

   • Fold up spring. Feed spring through an opening in the plenum.
   • Release the spring to engage the facia into the plenum.

8. Seal Gap (optional)
   For a premium finish, use a small bead of gap sealant (colour to match the ceiling) where the facia meets the ceiling.
