Follow the steps below for installing the DVR/NVR Secure Wall Mount
Cabinet:

Unboxing and Pre-Installation Check:
Handle the approximately 18Kg cabinet with care during unboxing. Open the end opposite to the product label, place the open end on the floor or table, slide the box up, and remove it. Ensure the two cabinet lock keys are fixed to the side packing foam. -
Wall Mounting Panel:
Refer to Figure 1 for guidance on mounting the wall panel correctly. -
Wet Compartment Cable Entry:
Use Figure 2 as a reference for cable entry in the wet compartment. -
Dry Compartment Cable Entry:
Figure 3 illustrates how to manage cable entry in the dry compartment. -
Cable Management:
Secure your cables using the provided cable tie mounts. Ten pieces are supplied for this purpose as shown in Figure 5. -
DVR/NVR Mounting Plate
Install your DVR/NVR on the mounting plate following the installation notes provided.

A: We recommend using slimline thin bezel monitors with a maximum size of 540x340x45 WxHxD. Other monitors may not fit properly.

PA-WMCAB-W – INSTALLATION GUIDE – DVR / NVR Secure Wall Mount Cabinet
The Cabinet – DVR/NVR shelf has a capacity of up to 2U height, 490mm width &
400mm depth,
with space to mount up to a 24” LCD monitor*. It can accommodate most
DVR/NVR’s and other access control and alarm system, making it a versatile

- Ventilation: Temperature controlled 12VDC Low Noise Fan and air intake filter

UNBOXING and PRE-INSTALLATION CHECK
The cabinet is approximately 18Kgs and care should be taken when unboxing.
Suggested: open the end opposite to the product label and place open end on
the floor or table. Slide the box up and remove.
2 cabinet lock keys will be fixed to the side packing foam.
INSTALLATION
- It is recommended that the cabinet be mounted in a well ventilated area.
- The Right side of the cabinet must have a minimum of 200mm clear space
- The bottom of the cabinet must have no less than 300mm clear space
- Once a suitable location is found, mount the box with the center of the monitor bracket at eye level.
- It is recommended that the top mounting holes be at least 1600-1700mm from the floor.
- Use M6x50mm wood, metal or masonry screws secure the box to the wall.
- Use the 2 top mounting KEYHOLE type anchor points first 440mm apart.
- Use the 2 bottom mounting slot holes to level and secure the cabinet to the wall
- Ensure all 4 mounting screws are secure.

Wet Compartment Cable Entry
- Remove 4 long screws securing the Wet compartment panel to the box
- Choose appropriate knock-outs for the cables that will enter the cabinet. (25/40/50mm)
- Fit Plain to Screw adapter to the bottom cover. (Screw adapters not supplied with the kit)
- Pull Cables into wet compartment( see image below)
- Gently knock out 12mm holes in dry compartment (See fig.3)
Dry Compartment Cable Entry
Use Cable tie mounts to secure your cables. (10pcs supplied)
DVR/NVR Mounting Plate
- Remove 6 M4 screws securing the NVR mounting plate to the door and tilt up
- Adjust the mounting brackets to the width of the NVR using the M4 wing nuts
Installation Notes
- It is highly recommended to use Plain to Screw adapters and IP68 – M12 cable glands for cable entry into the cabinet
- All Mounting holes and Cable entry holes must be sealed with an water-proof sealant.
- Do not install the cabinet in a highly corrosive enviroment.
