VORGUT Power Station FAQ:

I can not recharge my VORGUT power station?

Please ensure your power source is activated. There is an indicator light near the VORGUT input port which should be lit after you connect your power station to a power source, such as from the AC adapter via your wall outlet or a solar panel. If the display on the screen shows none or a very low input wattage, and/or the indicator light is off, please email support@vorgut.online with your order information, a legible picture of the front panel of your power station with the input port indicating the light and screen display, so that we could provide further assistance.

My VORGUT won’t charge my device?

Please follow the steps to ensure your VORGUT is charging your device: 1.Check if there is enough power available to charge your device. 2. Make sure the power capacity of your VORGUT power station is larger or equivalent to the power wattage of your device. 3. There is a power button near each group of output ports. You need to press the power button of the output port that your device is connected to to initiate the charge. The output indicator light will appear on the LED Display Screen if the power is turned on. If the indicator light is not lit after you press the power button, this suggests your power station may have some issues. Please email support@vorgut.online with your order information, a legible picture of the front panel of your power station with the power button and screen display, so that we could provide further assistance.

Can the Wall charger(AC Adapter) be used at the same time as the solar panels?

Yes, AC input and Solar input can be used simultaneously

Can the VORGUT Power devices and Charge at the same time?

Yes, VORGUT can power devices at the same time as charging.

How to store the VORGUT Power Station?

Store VORGUT in a dry and cool environment, away from any abrasive objects. DO NOT store or place device near water. Please turn off the VORGUT and store it within its recommended use and storage temperature range. If you need to store the VORGUT power station for a long time, please discharge the device to 30%, then charge it to 85% every 3 months

Are the VORGUT Power Station equipped with MPPT?

Yes, all Vorgut power stations have a built-in MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) controller.

How to calculate the runtime and capacity? How do i know my charging time?

For example, if you need to charge a 60W fan by using the 12V DC port of VORGUT P15 which comes with 1340Wh of capacity, the runtime of DC charge would be approximately 22.3hours (1340Wh / 60W = 22.3hrs). The runtime will be less if 110V AC power from a power station is used mainly due to AC-DC-AC conversion loss. By applying an average 20% of conversion loss, the runtime of AC charge is about 17.8 hours (1340Wh x 0.8 / 60W = 17.8hrs).

Why i can’t turn off my VORGUT Power Station?

Please make sure there is no outputs working. You can check the LCD Display Screen to make sure all outputs are turned off. Then hold and press the button for 3 seconds to try again.
