MOUNTING THE Atibal SAP Micro Prism

The Atibal SAP Micro Prism has a short eye relief and can be mounted directly to any Picatinny rail. The Atibal SAP Micro Prism comes with a removable Co- Witness Height rail mount. The ACW rail mount can be removed and replaced with an low profile mount or a lower 1/3 height mount, additional mounts are sold seperately.

MOUNTING THE Atibal SAP Micro Prism

To mount the Atibal SAP Micro Prism simply place in the desired position on the rail and tighten the mounting screw located on the side of the rail mount. When properly installed the device should sit flush with the top of the rail and be tightened down adequately so as not to come loose while in use or in storage. Atibal recommends mounting the Atibal SAP Micro Prism as close to the shooter as possible due to the short eye relief of the SAP Micro Prism.

ELEVATION AND WINDAGE ADJUSTMENTS

It is recommended that you bore sight your optic prior to zeroing your Atibal SAP Micro Prism; while boresighting isn’t guaranteed to give you a perfect zero it should get you close enough to easily determine the corrections needed to zero the optic.

ELEVATION AND WINDAGE ADJ. CONTD

The Tribal SAP Micro Prism has 1 MOA click adjustment, 1 MOA = 1.05” @ 100 yards or 1/10” @ 10yards. At a short distance of 20 to 25 yards try to group at least three shots as close to center target as possible. Use the center of this group as a reference to determine the necessary corrections to the red dot. Remove the elevation and windage caps from the optic. Using a standard screwdriver make adjustments to the windage and elevation dials in the appropriate direction to move the strike of the round closer to the center of your target. Rotating the windage and elevation dials in a clockwise direction will move the strike of the round up in elevation and right in windage. Once a satisfactory short range zero has been achieved move the target to a further distance and repeat the process until a desirable zero has been achieved.
