- When installing the motor unit on the cover, turn it slightly until it snaps together with the cover. Otherwise, the motor will not start.
- The food processor is only suitable for 120V 60Hz AC power supply. An improper power supply will burn out the motor.
- The food processor is equipped with a motor overheating protection device. If it stops working automatically, please wait 30 minutes before using it again.
- 30 seconds is typically enough to chop food. Chopping for longer will not create smaller pieces, If you want a finer chop, stop after 30 seconds of chopping, and turn the food manually. Then, chop for another 30 seconds.
- Never use the food processor to chop hard ingredients, such as bones, frozen food, ice cubes, coffee beans, pepper, etc., to avoid stalling, motor burnout, or blade breakage.
- The blades may be blocked if the food is too large in size or amount. In this case, stop using immediately and reduce the food size or amount, Otherwise, the motor will overheat quickly or even burn out
- Don’t allow water to enter the motor unit to avoid damage or electrical shock.
- Check and ensure the blades remain on the shaft after loading the food. Then, you can start chopping.
- The blades are very sharp, and the glass bowl is fragile, USE WITH CARE,
- The cover can only withstand temperatures below 180°F. Never clean it in a dishwasher.
- Don’t disassemble, repair, or modify the processor without authorization.
- Don’t replace the cord without authorization. Unplug the cord immediately if there are any issues and contact Narcissus.
