Important Precautions

  1. Please contact us at support@narcissus.tech if there is any quality issue. We will provide you with a satisfactory solution.
  2. Be sure to follow the instructions closely when installing or disassembling the juicer; otherwise, the juicer will not start or even be damaged.
  3. The juicer is only suitable for 120V 60Hz AC power supply outlets. Improper power supply will burn out the motor.
  4. Never use the juicer to process nuts or sugar cane to avoid product failure.
  5. The juicer has two filters. The dark gray one is for ingredients with a high moisture content, such as watermelon, cucumber, and orange. The light gray one is for ingredients with a low moisture content, such as carrots, apples, and celery. Using the incorrect filter will result in juice waste or overflow.
  6. Ensure the filter’s silica gel is in place before juicing. Otherwise, you will waste juice.
  7. Don’t remove the funnel from the top of the feed pipe to avoid personal injury.
  8. Don’t allow water to enter the motor unit to avoid damage or electrical shock.
  9. Don’t let the juicer run idle without ingredients to avoid component wear.
  10. Remember to press the REV button to reverse the juicer for a while after juicing. Then, you can easily disassemble the juicer parts.
  11. If you operate the juicer for too long or with too hard of food, it may automatically stop running due to motor overheating. If this occurs, please wait 30 minutes before using it.
  12. All parts that come in contact with juice are made with food-grade materials and are BPA-free.
  13. Clean the juicer promptly after every use to avoid increasing the difficulty of cleaning or corroded juice parts.
  14. Don’t disassemble, repair, or modify the juicer without authorization.
  15. Don’t replace the cord without authorization. Unplug the cord immediately if there are any issues and contact Narcissus.
  16. Children should not operate or touch this appliance to avoid accidents.

Assemble the Juicer

Follow the steps below carefully to assemble the juicer; otherwise, the juicer will not start or even be damaged.

Step 1
Place the extrusion cup onto the motor unit and turn it slightly until the two notches align with the arrows.

Step 2
Insert the auger into the extrusion cup. Turn and push it down until it sits firmly on the motor shaft.

Step 3
Install the filter between the auger and the extrusion cup.

Notice:

  • There is a white dot on both the filter and the extrusion cup. Align to both.
  • Press the filter down until the top of it is flush with the top of the extrusion cup.
  • Ensure the silicone ring on the filter blocks the pulp outlet after installing the filter.

Step 4

Note : There is a protruding block under the feed pipe. The juicer will only start when the block is pushed inside the motor unit.

Juicing Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients for juicing. Note:
  2. This juicer can squeeze most food items except nuts and sugar cane. Approved items include apples, pears, oranges, watermelons, carrots, celery, spinach, wheatgrass, kale, ginger, etc.
  3. The diameter of strip-shaped ingredients cannot exceed 1. 7 inches. The size of block or spherical-shaped ingredients cannot exceed 3 inches. Otherwise, they will not fit into the juice pipe.
  4. Follow the instructions on page 4 to assemble the juicer correctly. Notice:
  5. Align the extrusion cup with the arrows below it.
  6. Use the correct filter according to the moisture content of the food.

  13. For ingredients between 1. 7 and 3 inches, place them on the funnel and flip the funnel to make them enter the feed pipe.
  14. Don’t overfill the feed pipe during the juicing process.
  15. If the ingredients don’t automatically enter the auger, use the push rod to push them into position gently.
  16. Open the sealing cover of the juice outlet in time to avoid overflowing.
  17. If you juice continuously for 20 minutes or input hard ingredients such as ginger, the juicer may automatically stop working due to the motor overheating. If this occurs, please wait 30 minutes before using it.
  18. After juicing, turn off the juicer and enjoy the juice. Notice:
  19. Close the sealing cover of the juice outlet to prevent residual juice from dripping onto the countertop after pouring.
  20. Don’t let the juicer idle without ingredients to avoid appliance wear.
  21. Press the REV button, reverse the auger for a while, and then unplug. Disassemble and clean each component promptly to avoid juice-corroded components or hardened food items.
