How to use

A. Bluetooth Pairing and Connection

1. Press and hold the Power Bi7-01 for 2 seconds wit the red aid blue Iights flash alternately to enter the pairing state.

Tips:

B. How to pair with a computer
* Pair with a computer via USB Dongle

  1. Plug the USB Dergle into the USB port of your compute- and wait for ycur computer of recagiize it. The LED indicator Lhe USB Dongle fashes blue.
  2. Press and hold the power but.01 for 7 seconds, and it will autemacically to enter sairing mode, wth prompt sourd “Power On”. Check that the indicalor of the headset fMlasics blue and red allernalcly. You will hear the voice guidance say “Pairing”. If the headset has been connected with other Bluetooth devices, please turn off the Bluetooth of the other device.

  1. Or your device, press and hold the power button for 2 secones, and it will aslomatically to enler pairing mode, wilh prompl sound “Power On”.
  2. Makes it discoverable by che comsuter. Check that the indicator flashes blue and red alternately. You will hear the voice guicance say “Pairing”.
  3. Or your PC, select Slarl > Settings > Blucloolth & olher devices > Add Bluetooth or other device > Bluetooth > Click on the model number [DY103| of your device. A window will pop up indicating the BlLe.ooth conection is corp.ele. You wil, hear “Ycur headset is coarected” at the same time.

Tips:

  1. When the device cannat search for bluecooth, shut dewn the device of bultooth and restart the search.
  2. Lorg press the MFB Button and “Volume -” for 5 secones to clear the pairing record in the headset. The the LED  indicator is steady purble 7 seconds, and then enter pairing mode zutomatically.
  3. If your comouler asks for a Bluelooth driver, conlacl your canpuler manufacturer.
  • Check the sound settings to make sure sound is played via the correct output and input
    The microphone ard the speaker of the headset may be disabled or not set as the delault device on your computer.

    1. Right-click the Speakers icon of the bottom right, then <click Oen Sound settings.
    2. Select [DY103] as your oulpul device (Speaker).
    3. Select [DY¥103] as your inpu: device (Microshone).
    4. Make sre that [DYL03] has been selected as both the output and irput device. Then close Settings.

E. Initializing the headset to restore factory settings

If the headset does not operate correctly ever after troubleshooting, inilialize the headset.

  1. Delete the Bluetooth cevice information of the headset from your device.
  2. Press and held the MF3 buttar and the “vclume -” button simultaneocsly for as least 5 seconcs.
  3. The iniliaizetion is complete when the light ind calor sleedy red 2 seconds.
  4. When the device caniot search far bluetcoth, shut down the bluetooth and restart the search. Pair the headset with your device again.

Note:
Afler inilializalion, lhe headsel will relura to the faclcry sellings and all Bluetaoth pairing information will be deleted.
F. How to use the Dock

  1. Simply co1nect it to your PC usirg the provided USB-C casle, and the warm while LED indicalor will confiration is powered on(As showr in figure D).
  2. The Dock provides multiple connectivity options, ircluding one USB-A and one USB C output ports, allowing you to connect various peipherals like dongles, keyboards, mice, hard drives, and USB flash drives simultaneously.

Important Note:

The Dock just support 5V outout crarging current depends on the most device, and charging up to 5V/0.9A. Only charge devices with low current, such as Bluetcoth headsets, mice and keyboards.

Churging the pairing record| Press and hold the MFB and Volume – for 5 seconds to clear the pairing record in the headset. 11 hie paling record is cleared. the heat set will not oe aromatically reconnected. You need to celete Blue- call cevice pairing records, then pair and connect again.

Charging Method 1

  1. Please charge the heacset at once when the Red LEO flashes.
  2. Conrect the Type-C interface to the headset and conrect the USB Type-A to a booted PC, car charger, or power bank.
  3. The irdicetor lights in steady red when the headset is chargirg.

Charging Method 2

  1. Connect tre dock: Cernect she dock to tre PC or wall charger with the USB-C cable. Tre LED indicazo* or the dock lights up in warm white.

  2. Charge the headset Place the right acadsct on tre dock (As stowr in figure). The LED indicator on the deck changes from a solid warm while light to a slow flashing warm while light.

  3. The headset is fully caarged: the slow flashing warm white light on the dock goes cut. The I FD indicator on the dock turns tack  to solid blue.

  4. Turn of the dock: Unplug the USB-C charging casle are the blue light or the dock goes off.

Tips:

  1. Please charge the rcadsel once every lwo months if you won’l use il for a long Lime.
  2. This mode. can be cherged when working, p.case connect and charge first, then power on DY103.

A:Yes, the Dack is nol designed wth any chargirg drolocols, Its primary function is for data transmission. As a result, the charg’ng speed may be slower compared to dedicatec Charging statiors or hubs with specific chargirg protacals.
Q: Under what circumstances will the headset automatically shut down?
A: If no device is connectec for more than 30 mirures, or the battery power is too low or the voltage is lower than 3.1V, the headset will aulonal cally power off.

Q: What should I do if the headset has static noise or unsatisfactory sound quality?

Q: Can the MFB answer / end call function be used on a computer?
A: The MFB function operation is only applice2le to mobile phones. (please use the rouse to operate answer/end calls on soft). It cannot be directly operated in the comptler office soflwe-e, because lhe software is not certified, so it is not compatible(Most  headphcnes have chis dithculty).
Q: What should I do if the microphone does not work?
A: Plezse adjust the soind settings of the cam outer 2nd software before use, and ensure tnat the headset model is selected as the microprore npul device and the speaker ovlpul. Also, replace che connectec. cevice to test if the ricrophore is working.

A: No, if the call is rutzed, the muted state will be canceled automatically after the call is over. If you neec to keep the call muced, you need to press the mute asutton during each call.
Q: Can Mute be used in all software?
A: The mule bullon may not support synchronized mule when used on third- party software, you can turn on/off mute only on software or only on headset.
Q: Is it possible to convert voice to text through microphone?
