Enrolling
Each product has a 6 digit unique serial number printed on the back. This is
required to assign your remote to
the security system. Follow the control panel or wireless receiver
installation manual instructions for adding a
wireless key.
Operation

Stay Arming
Press this button to arm your system while you are still at home. All the
doors and windows will be armed but the motion detectors will remain in
standby mode.

| Away Arming
Press this button to arm your system when no one will be home. All the sensors
in the system will be in armed mode.
| Disarm
Press this button to disarm your system. You do not have to enter your access
code when you use this key to disarm the system.
| Panic
Press and hold this button to activate the panic mode of your security system.
Depending on how the panel is programmed this will send a notification to your
monitoring station and/or activate the alarm siren.
Other button functions are available. Please consult your DSC panel or wireless receiver manual for instructions on changing the button operation.
Panic Button Delay
To remove the 3-second delay on the panic key:
- Press and hold all 4 buttons simultaneously until the LED starts to flash.
- Press the Away button to disable the 3s delay on the panic button.
- To re-enable the 3s delay, follow step 1 and press the Stay button instead of Away.
Replacing the Battery
When the battery is low a signal will be sent to the control panel, or when a
button is pressed the LED will appear dim or will not turn on at all. Follow
these simple steps to replace the battery
- With a key or small screwdriver, push up on the black tab located at the bottom of the remote (fig.1 and slide the chrome trim off.
- Carefully separate the front and back piece of plastic to reveal the battery
- Replace with a CR2032 battery ensuring the + side of the battery faces up (fig.2)
- Re-assemble the plastics and ensure they click together
- Ensure the notch in the chrome trim is aligned with the back of the plastic. It will only go on one way.

Warranty
Ecolink Intelligent Technology Inc . warrants that for a period of 2 years
from the date of purchase that this product is free from defects in material
and workmanship. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by shipping or
handling or damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, ordinary
wear, improper maintenance, failure to follow instructions, or as a result of
any unauthorized modifications.
If there is a defect in materials and workmanship under normal use within the
warranty period Ecolink Intelligent Technology Inc. shall, at its option,
repair or replace the defective equipment upon the return of the quipment to
the original point of purchase.
The foregoing warranty shall apply only to the original buyer and is and shall
be in lieu of any and all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, and
of all other obligations or liabilities on the part of Ecolink Intelligent
Technology Inc. neither assumes responsibility for, nor authorizes any other
person purporting to act on its behalf to modify or to change this warranty,
nor to assume for it any other warranty or liability concerning this product.
The maximum liability for Ecolink Intelligent Technology Inc. under all
circumstances for any warranty issue shall be limited to a replacement of the
defective product. It is recommended that the customer check their equipment
on a regular basis for proper operation.
