You must have the 2024 PMH/FRP PRO License by your 2nd FRP event.
(SVRA/F4/FR/Trans-Am license holders already meet this license requirement.)
For one’s First FRP 2024 event, it is Ok to run with a Current Competition license issued by SCCA; FIA; HSR; IMSA; NASA; VRG; EMRA; Indy Car; & CACC.
Any other license, check with us.

To download the 2024 Pro License Application – Click HERE Apply Early – at least 2 weeks prior or you will be assessed a surcharge and may not be allowed to compete in that event.

  • Application for the Pro License and payment of license fee ($150) is direct with PMH.
  • Approval for the FRP/PMH Pro License is automatic with a Current Full Competition license issued by SCCA; FIA; HSR; IMSA; NASA; VRG; EMRA; Indy Car; & CACC.
  • Other applicants will be reviewed for eligibility by FRP – A racing resume is required for this review.
  • MINOR DRIVERS 14-17 Years of Age who have not previously been issued a competition license, may be licensed on a case-by-case basis subject to review of racing resume by FRP.
  • FRP always retrains the right to determine qualifications and deny entry of drivers regardless of license held.

  • To join or renew one’s SCCA membership, go to: https://www.scca.com – click on “Join SCCA/Renew”  (upper right – Task Bar) and follow prompts.
  • Also available is a “Weekend SCCA Membership” online from SCCA ($15); or through FRP at each track for ($50). • The fee to be a member of SCCA is the responsibility of participants, and is not included in any event fee due FRP.

Waivers
A PMH waiver is required of ALL participants.
THE PMH Annual Waiver is signed as part of the Hard Card Application
IF you do not have the PMH/FRP Hardcard, you will be required to sign a waiver at EACH EVENT.
ANYONE found in the Hot PITS without a proper PMH waiver signed WILL BE FINED $500 and may be ejected from the event.
The PMH Waiver is in addition to any other waivers (track venue waivers, SCCA waivers) one may have to sign.
At Event Registration Procedure
Every Participant entering grounds of a track venue must sign the specific track’s waiver, sometimes available online, sometimes only at the gate. Each track will have a specific wrist band for the weekend, which provides you continual weekend access.
EVERY Participant MUST ALSO check in at FRP’s Registration BEFORE going on track or into the hot pits. This is were we verify eligibility, waivers, payment, and issue the FRP weekend wristband, which MAY BE in addition to the track Wristband.
Driver’s who do not check in with FRP registration and find their way onto the track WILL BE black flagged and may be fined. Anyone found in a hot pit area without proper credentials will be fined ($500), and this fine will accrue to the associated team.
