Product Functions

visualizable talking: when someone press the doorbell，cellphonethatcombinedto it will receive a notification, andwillbeabletotalk to visitor.
share doorbell: you can shall your visitor records tooth erusers.other user needs to download app and log in.(supports maximum 9 shares, only 1 can answer the doorbell.) low power warning：When the battery is low, the doorbell will send al ow battery reminder to the bound client.Please pay attention to charging in time..

How To Use

1. scan the QR code below and select proper system(iOS/android) to download app.
   

2. Register and log in : you can registeranaccountwithemail addressor you can log in by guest account.Guest account is able to use all functions of the app,but device will delete all guest info after device is reset.

3.  click “+” button on upper rightcorner,followappinstructions to add device and combine with your cell phone.

4.   Binding device : this Doorbell does not support5GWi-Fichannel ! Be sure to select the 2.4GWi-Fichannelandstart binding device. 5G Wi-Fi of dual channel router usually has”-5g”mark after the name.Remember NOT to select this Wi-Fi for device binding.
   For example：
   “NAXCLOW_2.4G” Correct channel “NAXCLOW_5G” Wrong channel if you have modified the wifi channel,make sure you choose the correct channel for binding. if you are not sure about the wifi channel,you can login your router backstage for more info. (sticker on the back of router housing)

（type router ip address in webbrowser,openthelinkandinput user name and password.）

5. Working logic of doorbell push: press the doorbell after binding, the app will receive the message push,select “reject” or hang up after answering,the doorbell will enter the shutdown state, which can trigger the doorbell to send messages to the mobile phone again.

If we don’t do any processing on the messages,we will only push one message to the mobile phone within 30 second to avoid the excessive interference of junk messages caused by these malicious doorbell ringing. New messages will not be pushed to until the device is shut down after 30 seconds and the doorbell is triggered again.

Warnings :

• please turn on Bluetooth, Wi Fi and allow all permissions on the app
• please use this product in an environment with good WiFi signal and try not to stick it onthemetaldoor.• this product does not support 5g Wifi
• before installing the doorbell, please conductor malfunction test at the position to be installed to ensure that the product works properly.Remove Thelen Protective film after installation.

Pair Doorbell & Dingdong

1. Plug Dingdong in power souce.
2. Long press Dingdong match button for 2 seconds,indicator light on suggesting enters pairing mode.
3. Press doorbell button once, 2 devices will pair with each other, after paired successfully, indicator lights off.

Warnings:

1. During pairing, 2 devices should be as close as possible.
2. Make sure the doorbell is fully charged.
3. After pairing, the indicator light will automatically turn off.
4. If you don’t ring the doorbell within ten seconds,the dingdong indicator will go out automatically.
5. If pairing fails or re pairing is required,please repeat the pairing process.

Precautions

1. The applicable working temperature of this productis-20°C~60°C. Please do not use this product in an environment where the temperature is too high or too low.
2. This product is a precision electronic product.Please Don’t Use this product in an environment that is excessively humidor may cause water to enter the product, so as not to affect normal use.
3. In order to better use this product, thefrontandsideofthe lens should be kept away from glass, white walls and other reflective objects, so as not to cause the picturetobebrightnear, dark or white in the distance.
4. Please ensure that this product is installed within coverage of Wi-Fi signal, and try to place itinalocationwith better Wi-Fi signal; try to install it as far away from microwave ovens and other places that may affect the signal.5. If this product requires maintenance, please contact relevant personnel.

Reset Restore Factory

settings

Reset: press and hold the doorbell keyfort seconds until the doorbell sounds “reset succeeded”.

Restore factory settings: in case of equipmentcrashorother factors, remove the doorbell and press the black button in the doorbell reset pin hole.
