Charging
First time use, please keep earbuds in the charging case and close cover. Then use the original charging cable to charge the headset fully to prolong the lifespan of the headsets.
Pairing
First time use, open charging case, take earbuds out and remove the protective film, put both earbuds back to case and close cover. Then take the earbuds out again, it is ready for pairing.
- Earbuds Input: 5V=40mA
- Charging Case Input: 5V=400mA

Attention
① The battery must be properly handle for recycling, please do not toss the
battery into fire, in case causing explosion.
② Please charge the headset which contains lithium-ion battery once 3 months
if not use.
③ Please do not use high-power charger to charge the headset to avoid damages
to the charging case or earbuds.
Power On/Off
Auto On/off
Earbuds automatically turns on when take out of the charging case.
Earbuds automatically turns off when put back to the charging case
Manual On/Off
In power off status, press and hold 3s for both earbuds to put on.
In power on status, press and hold 3s for both earbuds to turn off.
Connect to Devices
Dual Earbuds Mode
First time use, take earbuds out of the case, voice prompt “Power on”, the 2 earbuds will pair to each other, then voice prompt “GRS connected” “Pairing”, it is ready to connect to a device.
Then open Bluetooth function on the devices, find the name DX5 Pro, click on it to connect it to the device. Voice prompt “Connected” means connected to the device successfully.

Single Earbuds Mode
Take one of the earbuds out off the case, and follow the same steps as Dual Earbuds Mode. Reset will clear all the pairing records from the earbuds, please use cautiously.
Auto Connection
When you take the earbuds out of the case, it will automatically connect to the last paired device. If you need to use the earbuds for another device, make sure you have close the Bluetooth function or deleted the DX5 Pro from the name list of the last paired device.
Once the earbuds are beyond the effective range from the connected device, it automatically turns off. And will automatically connected within 3 minutes once it is back within the range.
GRS Pairing Of Left & Right Earbuds
The left and right earbuds are already connected to each other when off the factory. But if in additional case that paring is disconnect and needs to repair again. Follow below steps:
① After the earbuds are turned on, double click the touch area of both earbuds
at the same time, voice prompt “DUDU”, GRS pairing started.
② Then another voice prompt “DuDu”, pairing successfully.
③ Then follow Connect to Device instruction to connect them to the device.
Pairing Of The Headset & 2.4G Adapter
① Remove the little USB C adapter from the 2.4G adapter, and plug into the USB
C port of the mobile device. Then take earbuds out of the charging case, it
automatically connects. And will automatically connect to the last connected
device next time taking earbuds out. Plug the USB adapter to a computer to use
2.4G paring mode.
② Click the Left earbuds 4 times continuously, if you want to switch the
normal Bluetooth pairing mode to the 2.4G pairing mode. When successfully
switch to the 2.4G mode, there will be voice prompt “DuDu”, and the Bluetooth
icon will appear on the device.

Note: Please use the Left earbuds to switch 2.4G and normal Bluetooth mode
Reset The Earbuds
Reset will clear all the pairing records from the earbuds, please use cautiously. Instruction: If the earbuds are in power on status, press and hold 3s for both earbuds to turn them off. Then long press the touch area for 10s to reset the earbuds. Then follow the GRS Pairing Of Left & Right Earbuds instruction mentioned above to reconnect. If both earbuds are not pairing to each other again, one earbud might have no sound after connecting to device.
Troubleshooting
Earbuds have no sound?
A. Please check if the earbuds are with power, if not, recharge it first.
B. Check the earbuds led status, if it is flashing blue light 1s
alternatively, it has already been connected to the last paired device. Delete
it from the last device then put back to charging case and close cover, then
take out again to pair to the device you want.
C. Check if there’s no light when taking earbuds out, try click the touch
area 4 times continuously to turn on light? It light can’t be turn on even
after fully charged. Try rest the earbuds by following the manual.
D. If above instructions are not helpful, contact seller for further
solutions.
Why does the Play/Pause, Volume+/- does not work?
It requires the connected device to support AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile)
