Assembly Instructions
WARNING:
- It is strongly suggested that all hardwired fixtures be installed by a professional electrician..
- To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shocks or personal injuries, always turn off the light fixture and let it cool prior to replacing the light bulbs.
- Do not touch the bulb when fixture is turned on; do not look directly at a lit bulb.
- Keep flammable materials away from a lit bulb.
- Shut off all the main electrical supply from the fuse box/circuit breaker
- Use E12 TYPE B CFL 6W, LED 4W bulb types and wattages. Do not exceed recommended wattages

Step 1:
Unscrew the Canopy Nuts (F) from the Mounting Plate (D).
Step 2:
Cross Power Cord (J) into the Threaded Collar (I) and Canopy (E), then
adjust the right length of power cord.
Use Allen Wrench (G) to secure Hexnut (H), cross Power Cord (J) into Plastic
clip (K) for pulling resistant
Step 3:
- Gently pull existing wire down from the ceiling junction box and allow wires to hang.
- Attach Mounting Plate (D) to the ceiling outlet box.
- Secure the Mounting Plate (D) by tightening 2 Mounting Screw (C) with a screwdriver.
Step 4:
Connect the white wire from the fixture to the white wire of the supply
circuit. Connect the black wire from the fixture to the black wire of the
supply circuit.
Step 5:
Place the canopy (A) against the mounting surface, secure the Canopy Nut
(F).
Step 6:
- Secure bulb (not included) into Socket (M).
- Secure Glass Shade (N) into Thread Connector (L).
