CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  1. Preparation before cleaning: turn off the power supply of the refrigerator, pull out the plug, and take out the items in the refrigerator.
  2. lnternal cleaning: remove the inner frame and wipe it with a soft cloth dipped in warm water or household neutral detergent (for washing dishes and chopsticks). After using detergent, clean it with clear water and then dry it with a dry cloth.
  3. Door cleaning: if the door seal is stained with oil, soy sauce or other liquids, it may be damaged easily after a long time. Therefore, it must be cleaned frequently to avoid oil stains and deformation during use. When cleaning, please use warm water or household neutral detergent to wipe carefully.
  4. External cleaning: clean and maintain the surface of the refrigerator every three months. Wipe its Internal and external surfaces with a warm and wet cloth. If it is too dirty, wipe it with neutral detergent, and then wipe the water stains with a wet cloth.
  5. Regular defrosting: when the frost layer inside the refrigerator is too thick, it may affect the refrigeration effect. Now you can take out the food. wrap it, unplug the power supply, wipe the water stains with a dry soft cloth after the frost layer melts, and then plug in the power again to start, and set the temperature for operation. Before defrosting, you must unplug the power cord of the refrigerator; after defrosting, thoroughly clean the freezer compartment. Do not use metal or sharp tools for defrosting to avoid damaging the refrigerator. Do not use an electric heater to defrost the refrigerator.

ERROR CODE EXPLANATION

See the following table for code description:

Error Code Problem Description
Er 0 The temperature sensor is short circuited. At this time, the compressor

enters the  timed working mode, which means the compressor operates for 30 minutes and : stops for 30 minutes.
Er1| Module input undervoltage protection
Er2| DC fan overcurrent protection
Er3|  Abnormal compressor startup protection
Er4| Abnormal compressor speed protection
Er5| Abnormal module temperature protection
Er6| Abnormal alarm of door open for a long time
Er9| The temperature sensor head is open circuit. Now the compressor enters the Er9 1 timed working mode. The compressor operates for 30 minutes and stops for 30 minutes.

Error code resolution:

  1. Er2, Er3, Er4 and Er5 are displayed when the compressor control module has problems. Vil error signal is output from the D end of the module. After the electric control detects the error, it will not display the error temporarily. Stop the compressor, and restart it 7 minutes after troubleshooting. Try to start it twice continuously. If the compressor resumes running, the detection will be cleared this time to start the detection of the next cycle; if two attempts in 14 minutes cannot restart it, the electronic control will send instructions to the module every 15 minutes to start the compressor. If it does not start, the error will continue to be displayed. The number of former detection times will be automatically cleared when It return to normal.

  2. When NTC error is detected, the digital tube displays ErO, Er9. It returns to the temperature display inside the refrigerator 3 seconds after troubleshooting.3.Er1 error detection and description: the electric control detection voltage falls to reach the set battery level parameter value:

  3. When the power is turned on, the electric control detects the voltage value for 20 times in 10 seconds.
    If the on-value of set gear is not reached, the detection alarm will stop. The digital tube displays Er1. and the buzzer rings for 5 times, once every 5 seconds; At this lime, the electric control starts to monitor the input voltage in real time. When the electric control detects that the voltage reaches the on-value of the set gear, the detection is qualified twice in one second, Er1 disappears from the screen , and the compressor starts to operate. If the voltage fails to reach the required value again during the process, Er1 will continue to be displayed and real-time monitoring cycle will be performed;

  4. During the operation of the refrigerator, the voltage fluctuates. If it is lower than the set disconnection value of battery gear , and the electronic control monitors that, stopping the compressor will not be performed for the time being. The hidden function will be turned on simultaneously, and the operation mode will be adjusted to ECO mode. If the voltage has recovered to the disconnected value of the battery gear within 10 seconds, this detection will be ended, and the electronic control will return to the voltage monitoring of the set battery gear. But the hidden running ECO mode will last for 1 minute. If the disconnection value of the set battery gear cannot be reached within 10 seconds/20 times, the electronic control will stop the compressor. The digital tube displays Er1 , and the buzzer rings for 5 times, 5seconds/time, then start the real-time monitoring of the voltage by the electronic control; When the electric control detection voltage reaches the on-value of the set gear, the detection is qualified twice a second, ER1 disappears from the screen, and the compressor starts to operate. If the voltage fails to reach the required value again during the process, ER1 will continue to be displayed and real-time monitoring cycle will be performed.

  5. When the door magnetic is not sensed for 1 minute, an abnormal alarm will occur, and the digital tube displays Er6. Al the same time, the buzzer rings, whose interval is 1 second. If the door magnetic is not sensed for 10 minutes, the compressor will stop running.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If the product does not work normally:

  1. Check whether the power supply is on.
  2. Check whether the voltage is too low,
  3. Check whether any connection from the battery to the refrigerator is loose.
  4. Check the fuse.
  5. Check whether the refrigerator is turned on.
  6. Check whether the temperature setting is too high.

If the refrigeration performance is poor:

  1. There is too much food in the refrigerator.
  2. The temperature of the food in the refrigerator is too high.
  3. The door is not closed property.
  4. The door seal (seating ring) is damaged.
  5. The ventilation around the refrigerator is poor.
  6. When the ambient temperature is over 35°.
  7. The temperature is not set property.

The sound of “water flow” can be heard in, the refrigerator

  1. This is normal and is caused by the flow of refrigerant

The refrigerator is too noisy when starting:

  1. Whether the refrigerator is placed on a flat and horizontal surface for use.
  2. Check if any the surrounding objects vibrate.
  3. When the compressor just starts, the motor runs from static to high speed, and the sound will be slightly louder. When the speed is stable, the sound will be lower, which is a normal phenomenon.
