Warming

• This user manual will tell you how to use the PU10 ultrasonic dog repeller correctly.
• Please read this instruction manual carefully before using your unit.
• PU10 ultrasonic dog repeller uses the principle of ultrasound to emit sound waves to interfere with dogs so that they will feel stimulated and stop immediately. For example, you can expel a dog coming to you, or let him stop barking.
• PU10 with 20-25KHZ frequency is difficult for humans to perceive. Though it is the most sensitive frequency for dogs, the ultrasonic sound will not affect the dog’s hearing or health.

Stable and Continuous Sound Waves

• After sliding the mode switch button, the ultrasonic wave will be continuously released 7-10 times per second, and with 25kHz ultrasonic frequency.
• This mode is with higher ultrasonic waves and the front LED light will flash more frequently.
• So it is more suitable for the scene of deterring and expelling dogs.

Undulating Sound Waves

• This mode will give undulating intensity ultrasonic sound to assist you in everyday dog training activities.

Sound Waves with Irregular Frequencies

• The irregular frequency sound waves can be able to prevent dogs from getting used to simple frequencies. This mode adopts a custom-designed waveform to maximize awareness, learning, and memorization through training.
• All modes use 20-25 kHz ultrasonic waves. It’s better for training dogs when your dog is barking or has other incorrect behaviours. You can use the training mode to interfere with the dog’s current behaviour.
• After repeated interference and the owner’s patient training, the dog will form a certain conditioned reflex, thereby reducing the number of its incorrect behaviours.
• PU10 ultrasonic dog repeller is better for indoor use, the effective distance is 8 meters (25).
• The animal’s hearing will become immune to a certain sound after a long time of adaptation, so multiple sound waves can break the dog’s immunity to a certain sound wave.
• PU10 dog repeller can extend the effective usability of the product, in that you can use different sound waves alternately each time.

User Guide

• STEP 1 – Select an Acoustic Wave Mode and Slide the Mode Switch Button
  • Slide the mode switch button to change different acoustic wave modes’ frequency range of 22-25KHZ.
  • Stable and continuous sound waves
  • Undulating sound waves
  • Sound waves with irregular frequencies.
• STEP 2 – Press The Ultrasonic Button
  • After sliding the mode switch button, please press the ultrasonic button, it will direct to send out ultrasonic waves. Keep pressing the button, the PU10 will keep sending out ultrasonic waves and the front LED light will flash frequently.
  • The animal’s hearing will become immune to a certain sound after a long time of adaptation, so multiple sound waves can prevent dogs from being immune to a certain sound wave. It can extend the effective use-ability of the product so you can use different sound waves alternately in each period.
  • The working distance of the PU10 ultrasonic dog bark silencer is 8 meters (25), which is better for indoor use.
• STEP 3 – Press The Beep Button
  • Press the Beep Button, and the device will emit a “beep” sound. You can use it before each use of ultra-sonic mode to condition the dog to respond when it hears the “beep” sound.
  • The BEEP mode can be combined with your usual dog training instructions. For example, when pressing the BEEP button call your dog every time, and then you can give a reward. After multiple uses, the BEEP sound will become the sound of calling the dog.
• STEP 4 – LED Light
  • When using the ultrasonic function, the front LED light will flash frequently, which is caused by the ultrasonic wave. The LED light will shock and expulsion when training the dog.

Charging

• When the battery power is lower than 20%, a red light will be displayed when using any function.
• When the battery power is lower than 5%, if you continue to use the product, the status light will stay on for 5 seconds, and then it will turn off automatically due to the low battery power.
• The red light will keep flashing when the charging cable is plugged in. When the device is fully charged, the status light will turn blue.
• You can charge the device for 1-2 hours with an output voltage of 5V via PC, power bank, adapter, etc.

Battery

• When the device shows low power (the red light turns on), please charge it as soon as possible.
• After fully Charging (blue light turns on), please remove the power supply quickly to avoid prolonged charging.
• When the battery is damaged, do not repair or disassemble it.
• The charging time is about 1-2 hours.
• Do not use adapters besides a 5V/2A adapter to charge the product.
• This product uses a 1000 mAh battery. It will last for over 35 days for normal use. The lasting time depends on the use frequency.
• Do not immerse the product in water or extreme environments (below 0 °Cor above 45 °C). Extreme environments may shorten the Service Life of the product.

Warm Tips

• This product can not be used on dogs with strong anti-defence, order, or hearing-impaired dogs. The device suits for dogs that are over 6 months and under 8 years.
• Different dogs may have different responses to ul- trasound. For best results, you can use this product with other training tools together.
• This PU10 is a professional dog training device and it can not be used for other purposes. Please do not violate local laws by using this product. (Please follow the usage method when using this product.)

• Q: How should l use this product properly?
  • A: Please ensure the product is powered. When the status light flashes blue, it means the product will work properly. When using it after a full charge, please note that the acoustic wave mode switch button on the right side of the product is enabled.
• Q: What should I do when the product does not turn on/charge normally?
  • A: Please ensure the product is powered. When the status light flashes blue, it means the product will work properly. When using it after a full charge, please note that the acoustic wave mode switch button on the right side of the product is enabled.
• Q: Can it be charged with other types of chargers?
  • A: It is not recommended that you use a charger with a voltage exceeding 5V to charge this product, because a charger with an output exceeding 9V or 12V may damage this product. Please use the 5V/2A charger to charge for a longer usage life.
• Q: Does the PU10 dog repeller have safety properties?
  • A: This product is designed to train dogs in proper behaviour. The PU10 works by emitting an Ultrasonic 115Dba at 25KHz and is harmless to barking dogs or when you are training dogs. The sound pressure level is well below the threshold levels for pain for dogs. The initial use may be stressful for some dogs, but not traumatic for all dogs. Appropriate appeasement when necessary. We don’t recommend using this product without the dog misbehaving.
• Q: My dog has no response to the device. What should I do?
  • A: This product has 3 different acoustic wave modes. Please kindly try each of them to find out which mode will influence your dog. This product can not be used on dogs with strong anti-defence, order, or hearing-impaired dogs. The devices are for dogs that are over 6 months and under 8 Years. And the reaction of different types of dogs will be different(such as age and weight). It turns out that dogs don’t respond the same when they’re disturbed, but they’re all disturbed to some degree.
