Product Usage Instructions
- Preparation:
- T-shirt
- Scissors
- Inkjet Printer
- Transfer Paper
- Teflon Paper (included in the pack)
- Printing:
- Ensure Printing Quality is set to High Quality
- Select Plain Paper as the Paper Type
- Do not check ‘Fit picture to frame’
- Avoid Mirror Printing
- Print the image on the BLANK side of the transfer paper
- Transfer:
- Using an Iron:
- Peel your design from the backing logo paper.
- Smooth out creases on the t-shirt with an iron.
- Place your design facing UPWARD on the t-shirt.
- Cover with Teflon Paper and iron.
- Using a Heat Press Machine:
- Set the temperature to 170°C (338°F) and time to 120-140 seconds for an 8.5×11 or A4 size image.
- Apply heavy pressure on each area of the image for the specified time.
- Iron each corner for 15-20 seconds.
- Peel off the Teflon Paper after ironing.
- Congratulations! Your DIY image transfer is complete. Avoid washing or wearing the t-shirt within 8 hours after transfer.

- Q: Can I use this transfer paper with any type of ink?
- A: The transfer paper is compatible with pigment ink, dye ink, and sublimation ink.
- Q: How should I care for the transferred image on the t-shirt?
- A: Avoid bleaching, tumble drying at high temperatures, and washing the t-shirt within 8 hours after transfer. When washing, turn the T-shirt inside out.
Preparation
Preparation Before Transfer: T-shirt, Dark 5.0 Transfer Paper, Teflon Paper(in the pack), Inkjet Printer, Scissors/Cutting Machine, Iron/Easy Heat Press/Professional Heat Press Machine.
Printing
- Complete the above settings before print.
- Print the image on the BLANK side.
- NOTES: Compatible with pigment ink, dye ink and sublimation ink.
- After the image is dry, cut out your design with scissors or a cutting machine, such as Cricut.
Transfer (Please refer to Step ③ for Iron/Easy Heat Press/Heat Press Machine)
- PEEL YOUR DESGIN from the backing LOGO paper.
- NOTES: Transfer Paper is composed of two layers – The backing logo paper and the blank film.
- REMOVE CREASES: Place your t-shirt on a solid and heat-resistant surface and smooth out creases with your ironing tool.
- PLACE YOUR DESIGN: Place your image facing UPWARD onto the t-shirt.
- COVER WITH TEFLON PAPER.
- IRON
- Apply FIRM, EVEN and HEAVY pressure on each area of the image for 5 seconds.
- Repeat the above step and circularly press and iron the whole image for 5 minutes.
- Ensure that ALL areas of the image are ironed, especially the corners and edges.
HEAT PRESS MACHINE
- Set Temperature to 170℃(338°F).
- Set the Time to 10 seconds.
- Apply MEDIUM Pressure.
EASY HEAT PRESS
For an 8.5×11” or A4 size image, set the temperature to 170℃(338℉) and time to 120~140 seconds, please use the silicon pad that comes with your Easy Heat Press.
- Heat press the whole image slowly from one side to the other side.
- Apply HEAVY pressure on each half of the image for 10 seconds, and circularly iron the whole image 4 times.
- Iron each corner for 15~20 seconds. If the corner peels off, cover the teflon paper and heat press it for another 15~20 seconds.
After ironing is done, peel off the teflon paper. Congratulations! Your DIY
image transfer has been done. Enjoy!
NOTES: Please don’t wash or wear the T-shirt within 8 hours after
transfer. When washing, please turn the T-shirt inside out.
