Product Specifications:

• Product Name: Inkjet Heat Transfer Paper – Light 1.0
• Compatibility: Iron and Professional Heat Press Machine
• Printer Compatibility: Inkjet printers only
• Ink Compatibility: Pigment ink, dye ink (Do not use sublimation ink)

Product Usage Instructions

Prepare:

Gather the following items: T-shirt, Inkjet Heat Transfer Paper – Light 1.0, Scissors, Professional Iron or Heat Press Machine, and Inkjet Printer.
Ensure to print on the logo side of the transfer paper. Light 1.0 is compatible with Iron and Professional Heat Press Machines only.

Mirror Print & Cut:

1. Create a mirror image of your design using settings like Flip horizontal, Mirror image, Reverse, or Rotate.
2. Print your design on the blank side of the transfer paper with the following settings: Print Quality – High Quality, Paper Type – Plain Paper, Uncheck Fit Picture to Frame.
3. Cut out your design with scissors after the printed image is dry. Trim close to the printed parts but leave a margin of about 2mm.

Transfer:

• Smooth out creases on the T-shirt before transferring.
• Apply firm, even, and heavy pressure on each area of the image for 5 seconds. Repeat and iron the whole image for 5 minutes.
• Peel away the backing paper after the transferred image has cooled down.

For Heat Press Machine:

• Place your design facing downwards onto the appropriate position of the T-shirt.
• Apply firm pressure and iron the whole image for 5 minutes.
• Peel away the backing paper after cooling.

Storage Tips:

• Keep the image facing outside when folding the garment.
• Store the garment in a dry and cool place.
• Keep unused transfer paper sealed and preserved.

Washing Instructions:

1. Avoid washing within 48 hours after transfer.
2. Wash the garment before wearing it.
3. Avoid bleach or alkaline detergent, soaking, delicate washing, and tumble dry.
4. Turn the garment inside out when washing.
5. Remove promptly after washing and hang to dry naturally.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):

• Q: Can I use Light 1.0 transfer paper with a LaserJet printer?
  A: No, Light 1.0 transfer paper is compatible with INKJET printers only. For LaserJet printers, please choose Light 3.0.

• Q: What should I do if my transfers start peeling off?
  A: Ensure you apply firm pressure and iron each area of the image properly. Insufficient pressure and ironing time can lead to poor transfer results and peeling off.

NOTES : Light 1.0 is only compatible with Iron and Professional Heat Press Machines. For Easy Heat Press, please choose Light 2.0/3.0/5.0.

Mirror Print & Cut

Settings

1. Create Mirror Image by the setting which might be called Flip horizontal, Mirror image, Reverse, or Rotate
2. Print Quality: High Quality
3. Paper Type: Plain Paper
4. Uncheck the option: Fit Picture to Frame

Print your design on the BLANK side.

NOTES:

1. Compatible with pigment ink, dye ink. DO NOT use sublimation ink.
2. Light 1.0 transfer paper is compatible with INKJET printers ONLY. For LaserJet, please choose Light 3.0.

Cut out your design with scissors after the printed image is dry.

NOTES:

1. Trim close to the printed parts but leave a bit of a margin – 2mm.
2. Light 1.0 transfer paper is not compatible with cutting machine while Light 2.0/3.0/5.0 is compatible.

Transfer

(Please refer to Step ③ for Iron/Professional Heat Press Machine)

1. REMOVE CREASES:
   Place the T-shirt on a solid and heat-resistant surface and smooth out creases.

2. PLACE YOUR DESIGN:
   Put it facing DOWNWARDS onto the appropriate position of the T-shirt.

3. IRON

4. Apply FIRM, EVEN, and HEAVY pressure on each area of the image for 5 seconds.

5. Repeat the above step and circularly press and iron the whole image for 5 minutes.

6. Ensure that ALL areas of the image is ironed, especially the corners and edges.

7. Set to HIGH TEMPERATURE

8. Turn OFF steam

HEAT PRESS MACHINE

• Set Temperature to 190℃ (374°F).
• Set the Time to 10 seconds.
• Apply HEAVY Pressure.

After the transferred image cools down to room temperature, peel away the backing paper.

STORAGE TIPS:

1. Keep the image facing outside when folding the garment.
2. Store the garment in a dry and cool place.
3. Keep unused transfer paper sealed and preserved.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Don’t wash within 48 hours after transfer.
2. Wash the garment before wearing it.
3. Don’t use bleach or alkaline detergent.
4. Don’t soak to wash.
5. Turn the garment inside out when washing.
6. No delicate washing, no tumble dry.
7. Remove the garment promptly after washing, colors may bleed if left wet too long.
8. Unfold the transferred image, and hang to dry naturally.
