T65 Smart Soldering Iron User Manual

Cautions

•  The temperature of the tip of the soldering iron can reach 80~420C during work, do not fouch it
• Please keop out of reach of childrent + Do not get the machine wet or use itn a humid environment!
• Do not stay in a high temperature state for a long time to avoid dry burning!
• Pleaso disconneat the power when not in use!

Installation

Power adapter selection

Use PDIQC povwer adapter T65 can b set to oblain any operating voltage of SV12V\15V\20V (default setting is 20V). The higher the voltags, the higher the heating power. If the device restarts after heaing, it means that the output power of your ‘adapters current voliage is not enough to work normally. Solution: Press the A and B keys at the same time o enter the working valtage item in the menu, and sot a lower working vollage. Uso otrer power adaptrs: T65 working voliage is the inpult voltage. If it restarts after heating, you need to replace the power ‘adapter with higher power.

Power-on instructions

T65 supports hand-held sensing function. Sensitivity callbration is performed on the sensing area every time itis powered on, 50 you cannot touch the sensing area before powering on! Otherwise, the sensitivity of the induction will be reduced. The correct operation is shown in the figure. below:

Operation

Temperature adjustment:

Long press A or B to enter the temperature adjustment UI. After entering, release the button first, and then dlick or long press to adjust the temperature. After adjustment, it wil return automatically.

Menu operation:

Press A and B at the same time to enter the menu. Click A and B to slide the menu up and down, long press A to exit, long press B to enter the next menu (parameter setting or parameter selection), and it will exit automatically after timeout,

Parameter selection:

Click A and B to slide up and down options, Long press B or A or timeout will both retum, but long press B and timeout will save the parameters, long press A will not save the parameters!

Maintenance

• After use, please add proper tin to the head of the soldering iron ti to prevent oxidation. + Use a wet sponge, do ot have bright water, the best semi-cry state, othenwise the soldering iron tip is easy to oxidize. + Do not use flux containing chlorine or excessive acid to avold corrosion of the surface.

1. T65 host has a one-year free warranty senvice in the case of non-artifical damage. Please contact the dealer for warranty sevice. Soidering ps are consumables, fthere is no qualty problem, once used they wil not be returmed.
