IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

• Please read the following information carefully before operating the light.
• Falilure to follow these safety instructions may result in serious injuries and will release VIVOSUN of all liability. It will also void all existing product warranties.

Important Safety Information:

• Handling: Set up the VS1000 in an operating environment that allows for adequate air circulation. Never allow objects to obstruct or enter the ventilation openings.
• For Indoor Use Only: The VS1000 is not waterproof; Please protect your lights from moisture. Do not expose the light to dripping water or spray. Do not expose the light to severe weather conditions or impacts. Acceptable operating temperatures range from -20°C to 40°C (-4°F to 104°F).
• Power Cord: Your AC cord has a three-wire grounding plug (a plug that has a grounding pin). This plug fits only a grounded AC outlet. If you’re unable to insert the plug into an outlet because the outlet isn’t grounded, contact a licensed electrician to replace the outlet with a properly grounded one.
• Repairs: If there is something wrong with your light, please contact us. Opening the light to inspect or repair it in accordance with VIVOSUN’s instructions and express permission will not affect your existing warranty.
• However, if you disassemble the light or install add-ons inside without express permission from VIVOSUN, you run the risk of damaging your light in a fashion that is not covered by the limited warranty.
• Cleaning: When cleaning the outside of your light and its components, first shut down your light, then unplug the power cord. Next, dampen a clean, soft, lint-free cloth and use it to wipe the light down. Avoid getting moisture in any openings.
• Warning: LED lights can cause eye damage. Avoid looking directly at the lights when they are turned on. Use shielding and light-blocking glasses to protect your eyes.

1. Secure the rope hangers on the metal hooks attached to the LED and then fix the other end of the rope hangers to the ceiling.

OPERATING IN A SERIES

1. Use the provided network cable and splitter to connect multiple lights, as shown in the figure (the maximum number of lights connected in a series should not exceed 20).
2. Select one light as the main control light; the others will serve as the controlled lights. For example, “A” may be the main control light, and “B” and “C” should serve as the controlled lights. When “A” controls “B” and “C”, the controls of “B” and “C” need to be set to the “EXT”position.
3. In the above example, “A’s” dimmer switch would control the brightness of “A”, ” and “C” at the same time. All five settings – namely: 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, and OFF – are supported as needed.

NOTES ON SERIES CONNECTIONS

1. Regardless of how many lights are connected in a series, only one light may serve as the main control light. The others are controlled by the main control light.
2. All the controlled lights must be adjusted to the “EXT” position and controlled by the main control light. If not, the series will not function normally (some lights may not work).
3. Please make sure that all the lights connected to this series circuit are in proper working condition. If there are any lights that do not work, please promptly remove them from the series circuit to avoid interfering with other lights that work normally.
4. If you need to connect a timer, the total power of all lights in the series should not exceed the rated power of the timer.
