Product Usage Instructions
Connecting to a PC:
- Connect the controller’s USB connector to a free USB port on your PC or PS3.
- Turn on your device; the LED indicators will light up.
- The controller is automatically installed, and the drivers show as Xbox 360 controller for Windows on your PC.
- To turn off the controller, disconnect it or turn off your device.
Switching to DirectInput Modes:
- Use the switch on the back of the controller to change the mode.
- Set the switch to ‘D’ for DirectInput and ‘X’ for X-input.
- Your computer will play a chime sound for USB device connected, and a new driver for PS3/PC wired gamepad will be installed.
- In DirectInput mode, you can switch between digital and analog by pressing the Home button.
Turbo Mode:
- Turbo is used to send a command automatically and repeatedly while holding down a button.
- Turbo can be enabled for multiple buttons simultaneously.
- Turbo mode is compatible with buttons : Y, X, B, A, L1, L2, R1, and R2.
- Turbo mode is not compatible with: Select, Start, Clear, Home, the analog stick directions, or pad buttons.
To enable turbo mode for a button:
- Press and hold the Turbo button.
- While holding the Turbo button, press the button you want to activate turbo mode for.
- Release the buttons to confirm.
Turning Off Turbo Mode:
To turn off turbo mode on a button:
- Press and hold the Clear button.
- While holding the Clear button, press the button you want to turn off turbo for.

Use
- Connecting to a PC
- Connect the controllers USB connector to a free USB port on your PC or PS3. Turn on your device, the LED indicators light up. The controller is automatically installed, and the drivers show as “Xbox 360 controller for Windows” on your PC.
- Disconnect the controller, or turn off your device, to turn the controller off.
- Controller modes
- This controller supports Input mode and DirectInput mode.
- Input is the default mode and the controller automatically starts in this mode. It is designed by Microsoft for their Xbox controllers and is compatible with most platforms on PC.
- DirectInput mimics the earlier types of controllers for systems such as Nintendo 64 and Nintendo Entertainment System (NES). DirectInput mode also has two sub-settings, analog and digital. Analog has joystick functions like the N64 controller. Digital has only directional button functions like the NES controller.
