Product Description
2.1 Features
This product utilizes an imported pressure sensor, high-precision ADC design,
and low-power MCU. It features professional digital pressure measurement with
high accuracy, wide range, high resolution, large screen display, and indoor
temperature measurement. Using a single channel, it can quickly measure the
current detected pressure value relative to the current atmospheric pressure,
while dual channels allow for simultaneous measurement of the pressure
difference between two detection points (P1-P2).
2.2 Applications
This product can be widely used in natural gas pipelines, air conditioning and
refrigeration systems, mechanical hydraulics, plastic molding, ceramic product
manufacturing, biopharmaceutical malding, mining pressure testing,
petrochemical industry smelting, natural gas, liquid, and industrial equipment
pressure detection, liquid level detection, laboratory calibration, medical
environment micro-pressure testing, and more.
2.3 Instrument Overview
- Differential pressure silicone hose connector.
- Display screen.
- Control buttons.
- Battery compartment.
Note: The instrument contains a fixed high-strength magnet internally.
2.4 Display Screen Overview
- Temperature and recorded data display.
- Display of measured pressure values.
- Display of pressure units.
2.5 Control Buttons Overview
- “UNITS”: Press shortly to switch pressure units. Press and hold to clear recorded values. When clearing, the “REC” indicator will light up, followed by the digits on the top row. After completion, it will automatically return.
- “DIF”: Press shortly to enter record mode. The “REC” indicator lights up, allowing the recording of 1-100 sets of data. In record mode, press and hold the “DIF” button to exit.
- “HOLD”: Press shortly to activate the “HOLD” function, which freezes the current value. Press again to release the hold (this function is only available in normal mode and DIF mode). Press and hold to enter calibration mode. 4. “MAX”: Press shortly to enter record mode. Press down to view recorded values. Press and hold to enter the maximum/minimum mode. The maximum value is indicated by “MAX” lighting up, and the minimum value is indicated by “MIN” lighting up. If the value exceeds the range, “Error1” or “Error0” will be displayed.
- “”: Press shortly to power on. After powering on, press shortly to control the backlight. Press and hold to power off.
- “C°/Fe”: Press shortly to enter record mode. Press up to view recorded values. Press and hold to switch temperature units.
Maintenance
3.1 Battery Replacement
- Turn off the instrument.
- Open the battery compartment.
- Remove the old battery.
- Insert the new battery following the instructions inside the battery compartment.
- Close the battery compartment.
3.2 Cleaning the Instrument
Contaminants such as oil may affect the accuracy of the vacuum sensor.
Follow these steps to clean the sensor:
- Before cleaning, please turn off the instrument.
- Apply a few drops of medical alcohol to both interfaces.
- Briefly shake the instrument.
- Remove all alcohol from the instrument.
- Repeat this process at least twice.
