USER GUIDE
TP1500 OVERVIEW
This product can be equipped with a secondary battery, doubling the battery
capacity.
The two are connected through a CP3500 line. When charging, the main battery
is charged first and after the main battery is fully charged, it will
automatically switch to charge the secondary battery through the CP3500 line.
The CP3500 connection cable may generate high temperatures while in use.
Please do not touch to avoid burns!

Power ON method
When the power supply is in a standby state, press any key. -
Shut down
Manually turn off all outputs and the product enters standby mode after 30s. -
ldle mode
The system will stay in active mode when the output is left on with no ports in use or minimal power use (e.g. earplug charging), for a continuation of 6 hours, preventing possible usage interruption. If zero or minimal usage is detected for over 6 hours, the system will enter idle mode. In idle mode if zero or minimal current is detected for a continuation of2 hours, the output function will be automatically shutdown to preserve the battery. You will have to manually press any key to turn the power back on. Excessive high and low temperatures may affect the battery capacity of the product.The product is designed to be charged/discharged in the temperature range of Oto 55/ -20 to 55 Celsius, respectively. -
lt is recommended to fully charge the product before first use for better customer experience.
12Vl0A Motorhome Function usage method (Special MH cable is not included and sold separately).

Usage method:
- Connect the Aviation Plug of the cable to your TP1500, ensuring to securely tighten the plugs.
- Turn off all equipment in the Motorhome.
- Connect the other end of the cable {SPC 45) to the fuse box correctly, ensuring the red plug is connected to the positive terminal of the fuse box and the black plug is connected to the negative terminal.
- Turn on the DC button of your TP1500. Once you see the DC character on the display, the connection has established.
- Turn on the equipment on the Motorhome.
Turn off
Manually turn off the DC output, waiting for the DC symbol to dim, indicating that shutdown was successful.
Precaution
- This function can only be used for 12V cars and cannot be used for 24V cars. Otherwise, it may cause dama=ge to the product.
- Please purchase the recommended cable and please do not use the private wiring without permission, avoiding unknown risks such as electric shock, fire or even explosion.
- The maximum power supported by this function is320W. Please do not overload or it may cause damage to the product.
To Jumpstart a 12V Car

Plug the blue connector of the battery clip into the main unit and make sure the battery clip indicator is off.

Connect the battery clips to the positive and negative poles of the vehicle battery , with the red lip to the positive pole (+) of the battery and the black clip to the negative pole of the battery(-).

Follow the instructions for the battery clip indicators below: Steady Green Light: It means the connection is correct and the power is on, ready to be used for emergency start. Red Light & Buzzing Sound: It means the positive and negative links are incorrectly connected.
Wait for steady green light once rectified, then do the emergency start. Green Light flashing: ft means the battery voltage is 00 low. Please press the BOOST button and wait for the steady green light The start-up operation will be completed within 30 seconds. No Red/Green Indication Lights and No Buzzing Sound: It means the battery may be completely damaged. Please make sure that the positive and negative poles are connected correctly, then press the BOOST button. After the green light is on, the start-up operation will be completed within 30 seconds. -
Turn the car ignition switch to START

After the car starts, remove the battery clip.
Charging method

Standard charger: Fully charged in about 1 hour (excluding secondary battery). The Charge-on time of about 5-8 seconds.

Solar panel charging: Fully charged in about 3-4 hours (charging time depends on the sunlight intensity). The Charge-on time of about 5-8 seconds.
(We recommend choosing a suitable solar panel to charge your TP1500 portable power station, which we can advise on. The TP1500 supports a maximum of two 200W solar panels to be connected in parallel (CANNOT be connected in series) The TP1500 has a limit input of 400W, 30V-60V, 15A MAX.) -
Car charging: About 12-13 hours when fully charged.

FAQ
1. Can the product be taken on board a plane?
Ans: No. This product is a lithium battery product. According to the intemnational air transport standard regulations, the capacity of carrying lithium battery products can not exceed IOOWH.
Ans: This product uses an air cooling system. When the fan is working normally, it will make a slight noise, which is completely normal.
. Why is the device power of the equipment want to use within the rated output power range, but not suitable for use?
Ans A: The battery of the product is low and needs to be charged; Ans B: The peak power used by some equipment is greater than the highest peak power of this product or the nominal power of the equipment is greater than the actual continuous power of this product.
. Will the charger be damaged due to heat during use?
Ans: When the charger is in normal use, it is normal to have some slight heat; If this becomes too hot, it is recommended to stop using the charger immediately and contact the after-sales team.
5.Is it possible to give a vehicle an emergency start with my TP1500?
Ans: It can start a 12V car A. Correctly connect the battery clip to the positive and negative poles of the car battery, the red clip is connected to the positive pole(+) of the battery, and the black clip is connected to the negative pole(-) of the battery. B. Ensure that the green light on the start status indicator is on and tumn the vehicle ignition to the START C. After the car starts, immediately remove the battery clip.

PRODUCT SAFETY GUIDELINES
Product use:

Do not expose the TP1500 to any liquid. Keep the unit away from rain or any liquid.
Do not drop the TP1500 into water. If the battery in the TP1500 comes into contact with water, it may cause chemical decomposition of the battery. This may cause the battery to catch fire or explode. -
Never use NON-TP1500 batteries. TOTALCOOL takes no responsibility for any damage caused by non- TP1500 batteries.

Never use or charge leaky or damaged batteries. If your battery is abnormal, contact TOTALCOOL support for further assistance.

D0O NOT use the batteries in strong electrostatic or electromagnetic environments.
The battery control board may malfunction and cause a serious accident during use. -
Never disassemble or pierce the product in any way. If you do, it may leak, catch on fire, or explode.

DO NOT use the product if it was involved in a crash or a heavy bump.

If the product falls into the water during use, take the product out immediately and put it in a safe and open area. Keep a safe distance from it until it is completely dry.
Never use it again and dispose it properly as described in the Battery Disposal section below. If the product catches fire, it is recommended to use fire extinguishing equip- ment in the following order: water or water mist, sand, fire blanket, dry powder, carbon dioxide fire extinguisher. -
D0 NOT put the machine in a microwave oven or in a pressurised container.

Do Not allow pins, wires or other metal pieces to insert to the device case, outlets or controls. Metal pieces may short circuit the product.

Avoid collision. DO NOT place heavy objects on the machine.

If there is dirt on any plug or outlet surface, use a dry cloth to clean it. This may cause abrasion and result in energy loss or inability to charge.
WARNING
Product Charging:
- Always use TOTALCOOL approved charging cables. TOTALCOOL takes no responsi-bility for any damage caused by using non-TOTALCOO L charging cables.
- When charging, please place the product on the ground with no flammable or combustible materials around. To prevent accidents, never leave the machine unattend-ed during charging.
- D0 NOT charge a product immediately after a long heavy load, because the product’s temperature may be too high. DO NOT charge a product until it cools down to room temperature. The product may be unable to charge out of the temperature range 32°F
to 131 °F (Oto 55°C). The ideal charging tempera ture range is 71 °F to 82°F{22°C to 250C).
Product Storage and Transportation:
- Keep the product out of the reach of children. If any children accidentally swallow parts, please goto a doctor immediately.
- If a low-battery warning appears, charge the battery before storing it. Otherwise, long-term storage may cause damage to the battery in the product. Batteries in the product will enter hibernation mode if itis depleted and stored for a long time. Recharg ing the product can bring the battery out of hibemation.
- DO NOT place the product near a heat source, such as a car in direct sunlight, a fire source, or a heated stove.
- Store the product in dry environments. DO NOT place the product where it may make contact with water.
- Make sure no small metal objects can fall on or around the product while in storage.
- Never transport a product with a battery power level higher than 30%.
Battery Disposal:
- Dispose of the product in specific recycling boxes after a complete discharge. Batteries are hazardous chemicals. Please strictly follow your local regulations regarding the battery disposal and recycling process.
- Dispose of the product immediately if it cannot be powered on after overdischarging.
Serial and parallel connection (Professional solution)
Users can connect up to 2 sets of 200W solar panels in parallel as shown in
the figure.
The parallel connection cable is included in the accessories box.
Warnings and Precautions
- Please read the manual carefully before using this product.
- Please do not use the product with other electronic products beyond the product specifications to avoid electric shock and product damage.
- Do not use the product with broken or damaged output cables or plug terminals to avoid electric shock and product damage.
- Please keep the product dry, avoiding electric shock and product damage.
- Do not insert foreign objects into the input and output ports to avoid damage to the product.
- Please keep the product in a welt-ventilated environment.
- Please avoid dropping the product from a high place.
- Do not use in too high or too low-temperature environments, which may lead to product function failure, shortened life or damage.
- Do not expose the product to fire or temperatures higher than 60 degrees, as this may lead to fire, explosion and other safety accidents.
- Do not expose the product to rain, snow, frost, grease and other harsh environents, which may cause the product to fail, shorten its life or be damaged.
- Do not attempt to disassemble the product or allow non-professional technicians to do so, as this may result in unknown risks such as electric shock, fire or even explosion.
- When not in use for a long time, please charge the product every 1 or 2 months to prevent insufficient electricity.
- Please keep away from children to reduce the possible risks.
- Under extreme conditions, battery leakage may occur. If you accidentally come into contact with hands or other exposed parts of the body, rinse immediately with soap and water. In case of contact with eyes, flush eyes with cold water for at least 10 minutes and seek medical attention immediately.
- Dispose of lithium battery products in accordance with local regulations at the end of product life.
