CONNECT AND OPERATION THE APP

CONNECT TO THE HAVAWORKS APP

1. Scan the QR code below to download the “Havaworks” App.
2. Alternatively, search and download the “Havaworks” App from the Apple APP Store or Google Play.
3. Open the “Havaworks” APP. Sign up or log in.

My Smart Air Purifier Isn’t Connecting To The “Havaworks” App

TIPS:

1. Make sure the Wi-Fi password you entered is correct.
2. Confirm that the network is working correctly.
3. During the connecting process, you must be on a secure 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. (Please do not use the 5G network, otherwise the pairing cannot be successful.)

CONTROLLING INSTRUCTIONS

SMART CONTROL AND AUTOMATION CREATE A SCENE

• You can turn on/off the air purifier with your phone even if you are not at home.
• You can create schedules, check filter life, set timers.etc, to make daily life customizable and easier to manage with smart control.
• You can create scene with your fan speed and air purifier mode preferences, such as Auto Mode or Sleep Mode.

CONTROL THE AIR PURIFIER WITH AMAZON ALEXA

Step 1

• Enter the “Havaworks” APP and click “M E” in the lower right corner.
• Click “Alexa” and link to Amazon Alexa according to the prompts in the App

Step 2

• Open and log in Alexa App.
• After connecting the Amazon Echo, click”MORE”, tap on”Skills&Games” in the Alexa App menu

Step 3

• Then search for “Smart Life”. Tap “ENABLE TO USE ” to enable the Skill.

Note

• This product only supports Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.

Step 4

• Enter the “Smart Life” APP account , tap on “Next step” and choose “Havaworks”.
• This will open the Havaworks App login page, you can enter the “Havaworks” APP account and password, then tap”Authorize” to link your Havaworks account to enable the Skill. Now you can start your smart home journey.

CONTROL THE AIR PURIFIER WITH GOOGLE ASSISTANT

Step 1

• Enter the “Havaworks” APP and click “ME” in the lower right corner.
• Click “Google Assistant” and link to Google Assistant according to the prompts in the App.

Step 2

• Open and log in Google Home App.
• After connecting the Google Assistant in the Google Home App, click settings”in the lower right comer, tap on ‘Works with Google” in the Google Home App menu

Step 3

• Search for Smart Life and tap Smart Life

Note

• This product only supports Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.

Step 4

• Enter the “Smart Life” APP account , tap on “Next step” and choose “Havaworks”.
• This will open the Havaworks App login page, you can enter the Havaworks App account password to complete the authorization.

2. Make sure the Google Home App is installed.

SMART VOICE APP CONNECTION TROUBLESHOOTING

purifier” device in Alexa. You need to connect it with the smart voice app(Alexa/Google Assistant) within the “My” section of the “Havaworks” App.
Please ensure that all devices are connected to the same network and avoid using a 5G network for the connection.
I have successfully connected the “Havaworks” App with the smart voice App (Alexa/Google Assistant), but I can not use the voice assistant to control the machine.| Please check the network connection of your mobile device
Please check if the “Air purifier” device has successfully connected to the “Havaworks” App.

Verify if the name of the connected device matches the name you are using to call it. By default, it may be named “Air purifier”. If they don’t match, you can change the name to any convenient name for you to use within the “Havaworks” App.

After disconnecting the power, I can no longer use the voice assistant to control the machine.| If you experience a loss of connection after disconnecting the power, we recommend reconnecting the device.
After renaming it, I am unable to use voice commands to call the machine.|

Check if the naming of the device is consistent with the name you are using to call it. If they are consistent, try renaming it with a different name.

Note: Avoid using abbreviations of proprietary names for naming the device.

All connections are correct, but the machine doesn’t respond when you give the voice command.| Please check if the voice command you are using matches the commands listed on the instruction card.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• If you are using a 5GHz WIFI network, the device cannot be added, and the connection will fail.
• Please switch to a 2.4GHz WIFI network to ensure a successful connection.
