Dear customer,
We want to inform you that the 3-way valve actuator and cartridge of the i
Zone-Series will change from week 34-’19 onwards.
– Grey actuator type VJ
– Cartridge type VJ| – Black/white actuator motor type EK
– Cartridge type EK
For service there is a new spare part available:
In case of a defective cartridge in an i Zone-series combi boiler produced
before mentioned production week this spare part is needed to exchange the
actuator and cartridge at the same time. This set contains an adapter cable to
make the electrical connection.
In case of a defective actuator in an i Zone-series combi boiler produced
before mentioned production week only the actuator has to be exchanged by the
spare S4855500.
