Safety Precautions

Working Conditions

1. Place the device horizontally and securely, tilt, or turning it upside down are forbidden.
2. Exposure to sunlight could damage the internal electronics or cause discoloration; Be sure the device is for indoor use only.
3. Do not use or store this water fountain in temperatures below o 0c or above 40 °c

Matters needing attention

1. Plug using when unattended to ensure the stable working of the device.
2. This product was not intended for use or play by children, and we recommend you do not allow children to play or tamper with it, to reduce the risk of important settings being changed or damage to the water fountain and its moving parts. Adult supervision should always be required when children are near the device.
3. Any parts of the filter are inedible. Do not use if the filter is broken.
4. Do not submerge the main engine in water; this could damage the internal electronics.
5. Do not disassemble, maintain or refit the device, or give rise to an invalid of warranty.
6. Do not make the power cord or plug contact with any liquids to prevent electric shock.
7. Ensure charging port is working under a dry condition.
8. Device should be charged by SV/lA or 5V/2A adapter only, or give rise to the invalid of warranty.
9. Turn off and store the water fountain in a dry place when not in use. The device needs to be charged and maintained every 6 months.
10. Properly dispose of all packing materials immediately after unpacking the product, as the bags used for packaging could present a suffocation or choking hazard.
11. This device is only for pets’ drinking. Any other applications are forbidden.
12. Make sure to check the level of water regularly to ensure the water fountain is working properly.
13. Do not try to repair it on your own, please get in touch with local distributors for further guidance.

How to assemble & set up your water fountain

1. Soak the filter in water for 5 minutes and rinse it thoroughly.
   Notes:

2. Make sure the filter has been soaked thoroughly, or water flow will get stuck by the filter, which gives rise to the water overflows. Do not soak the filter in water bowl to avoid any dusts on the surface.

3. Place the filter into the filter pack and fill in the appropriate water in the water bowl.

4. Align the Main Enginer and downward into the device.

5. Long touch SET button to turn on the water fountain and rnake sure the device is working under a sufficient power or plug in using.

6. Select water dispense mode you need.

Note:

It’s recommended to run the water fountain with plug and set up to Regular Flow mode.Then switch to other modes when your pets get used to it after a period using.

How to clean your water fountain

Clean the interior of the water fountain and drinking tray

1. Take out the main engine
2. Wash all parts besides the main enginer. Do not use metal kitchen utensils such as steel balls or abrasive cleaning materials for cleaning to avoid any damage of the product’s surface.
3. The drinking tray of the water fountain is not dishwasher-safe.

How to clean your filter

1. Remove filter sponge
2. Remove water pump cover
3. Remove the stator cover and impeller as well
4. Clean the stator by water

how to maintain your water fountain

1. The filter and filter sponge are suggested to be replaced every 2-4 weeks. Below three conditions should replace every 2 weeks:
   • a. High-frequency use.
   • b. Multi-pets families
   • c. The water fountain works in regular flow mode
2. Water Pump and water fountain need to be cleaned every week.

Troubleshooting

Water Overflows

Soak the filter in water for 5 minutes and rinse it thoroughly.

Filter is stuck or not use for a long period, please replace or clean it in time.

The water pump stops running

Water in bowl is below the minimum line

Clean the water pump, water bowl and water fountain

Unplug or low battery: please make sure the main engine is well assembled and plug in the adapter to check the battery power as well as charge the battery

Low water flow

| When first use or use after a long period storage, water pump needs venting. ( Normal phenomenon)
Dirt or fur inside of the water pump, please clean the water pump following the instructions.

Water in bowl is below the minimum line, please fill the water.

Fouling in water bowl and file

| Please change the water in bowl on a regular basis.
Please make sure the filter has been soaked and cleaned thoroughly before using it.
