Operation Manual for Multi-function Solar Wall Light

This product is an energy-saving motion-activated solar wall light. By using solar power and Lithium battery technology, this solar light it is widely used for entrances, corridors, passages, courtyards, stairways, garages, etc. It is easy to set up and no wire is needed.

During the day, the solar panel fitted on top of each light will charge the battery inside. At dusk, the 21 LEDs will activate automatically using the stored energy from the sun. The PIR(Passive Infrared) technology will enable the LEDs to turn to maximum brightness(250-330 Lumen) when motion is detected. It brings a lot of safety, security, and convenience to your home and garden.

FUNCTION

  1. This product has a light sensor, it turns ON and OFF automatically every day. While the surrounding light is over 100 LUX, the product begins to charge by itself. While the surrounding light is below 100-10 lux, the light turns on automatically.
  2. Multi-function, this product has 3 modes, press and release the switch once to change the mode in turn.     • (1) Green indicator light turns on: Motion Sensor plus Dim Light Mode. The dim light(about 20LM) is always on throughout the night. When people come close to the light, the motion sensor is triggered and becomes very bright(250LM) and lasts up to 37 seconds, and then turns to dim light. Motion triggers a maximum of 160 times every night.
    • (2) Blue indicator light turns on: Motion Sensor Mode. When people come close to the light, it turns on very bright gradually(about 330LM) and lasts 37 seconds. Without motion, the light turns off.
    • (3) Red indicator light turns on: Always on Mode, Strong light(about 80LM) for the first 5 hours, dim light(about 40LM) for the next 5 hours.
  3. This product features 21 bright LEDs, lifetime is over 50,000 hours.
  4. This product is powered by one LiFePo4 battery 22650# 3.2V 2200mAh. Replace the battery after it runs out.

INSTALLATION (Fig 3)

  1. Choose the desired place, and drill 3 holes as per the dimensions of the above picture(Fig 3). Put the plastic anchors in.
  2. First, insert the screw into the wall and leave the screw 5-8mm to project from the surface. Fix the light to the surface by hooking the keyhole D at the back cover over the mounted screw.
  3. Then mount the screws 2 and ® from the front.

BATTERY REPLACEMENT (Fig 4)

  1. Take down the product, remove the 4pcs $3*8mm grub screw at the back cover of the product.
  2. Remove the 4pcs screws(round-headed screw $3*8mm) at the front of the product.
  3. Replace the Lithium battery according to the marks on the product indicating the polarities of the batteries.

Attention:

  1. After replacing the battery, please put the product under direct sunlight to activate the product before using it normally.
  2. Dispose of the used battery properly! DO NOT DISPOSE THE BATTERY IN FIRE!

MAINTENANCE AND ATTENTION

  1. Before use the solar light for the first time, leave the light under direct sunlight for about 36-48 hours. The light will achieve optimum light output after the enormous exposure to the sunlight.
  2. Please keep the surface of the solar panel clean, to make sure the product works at its best performance.
  3. It is important to install the light in a location that receives full sunlight each day, away from the shade caused by trees, buildings etc. Shady locations will not allow the battery to be fully charged and will reduce the hours of nighttime light.
  4. This solar light includes a built-in photo sensor, which detects the level of surrounding natural light and controls when the light will automatically switch on and off. The solar light should be placed at least 2 meters apart from one another and away from other nighttime light sources as this might keep the solar lights from automatically turning on at dusk.
  5. The performance of the solar light is dependent on the geographical location, weather conditions and seasonal sunlight availability. On cloudy days and during winter, the solar light will not receive as much direct sunlight, resulting in reduced brightness and reduced operating time.
