Please kindly read this user manual carefully before begin to use it and please follow the instructions and warning notes.
CAUTIONS & WARNINGS

1. Please use a 5V 2A power supply that complies with safety regulations, otherwise, the light dims or the remote control doesn’t work.
2. Please cut off the plug supply before disassembling and moving the LED light.
3. Do not repair, disassemble or modify the product without approval.
4. Although our lights have gone through safety testing, we do not recommend leaving the lights unattended or turning on in a long time.
5. Do not place the product near any heat sources.
6. Please pull off the USB plug when not in use. Please keep it away from children.
7. To extend the service life, please turn off the device regularly for heat dissipation.
8. Please pay attention to anti-static during the installation and use of the product.
9. Do not use sharp objects to touch the product, and avoid contact to the strong chemicals such as strong acid and alkali.

Product Installation Steps

1: Loosen the screws| 2: Docking bracket

3: Lock screw| 4: Put the base screws in and connect with light-1

5:Adjust the direction of the light-emitting surface| 6: Lock screw

7: Stick the non-slip pad under the base| 8: Insert the second light into the top of the first

9: Insert the third light into the top of the second| 10: Adjust the PC luminous cover of the lamp
so that there is no gap

11: USB plug and power plug butt| 12: Scan the QR code (APP download)

Reminding of Details

After installation, there is bending and clearance, which can be adjusted according to the situation.

When the male and female butt joint is connected, the connection of lamp tube is done.

If the butt joint is loose after many times of pulling and plugging, please reinforce it with the spare rubber pad.

IOS and android systems can download the APP by scanning the QR code. Open the browser or other tools with “scan QR code” Function, scan the QR code as below:

APP Installation steps
Click duoCo StripX on the APP center the app page.
After entering the App interface, if bluetooth is not enabled, an application wants to enable the bluetooth function of this device click allow

1. Connect the lamp to power.
2. Turn on the Bluetooth funcon of the mobile phone, scan the code on the receiver Box, download the APP of the mobile phone, or use the remote control to operate directly.
3. The product comes with a USB cable, it can connect any USB port with V/2A power supply, it’s convenient, stable and safe.

App Instructions

1. Enter the mobile APP interface and open the upper right corner Settings to view Guide. You’ll have all the instructions here.
2. Please do not change the “Modify Pin Sequence”, otherwise will change the corresponding color. For example: choosing blue shows red.

*Do not change the settings at will if you change it, it will affect the normal use of the product:

1. The color should not match the remote control.
2. The change of the number of points will affect the dynamic effect of the light.

Common Problems

1. Check if the power supply is normal.
2. Check if the Bluetooth is turn on.
3. Check if there are other mobile phone are connected, only support connections one to many, dose not support many to many.
4. Check APP Bluetooth setting if the phone is co nnected to the device, if connect, exit the APP and reopen, the APP will go to connect automatically.
5. Normal operations and can not connect, please exit the APP and reopen.
6. Exit APP, restart mobile phone, power on the strip light, reopen the APP, then them will connect automatically.
