Product Usage Instructions

Cleaning and Maintenance
Wipe with a damp cloth or water when cleaning. Never use corrosive detergents, wire brushes, abrasive scourers, metal, or sharp utensils to clean the product. Regularly check that all the components and fasteners (hardware) are tightened. Store in a cool and dry place away from children.

Important Notes

  1. Children are NOT ALLOWED to climb!
  2. The arrows on the clip sleeves should be pointed UPWARD.
  3. Align the flange to the groove.
  4. Warm Tips: When fixed to the pole, the multiple gaps between the two clip sleeves are normal, NOT a quality problem.
  5. Recommended to use the utility cart in sunny weather, not in wet and rainy weather for a long time. Wipe clean after use. (For Outdoor Use)

Installation Steps

  1. Screw each stem of Wheel (A, B) into the bottom of each Pole (C), and turn each wheel clockwise until in the desired location.
    Tighten with a wrench finally. Repeat for all Pole (C).

  2. Snap the Clip Sleeves (D) to the lowest groove on Poles (C) with the arrow pointing up. Ensure heights are identical for each Pole (C).

  3. Assemble the Wire Shelf (E) through the top of the 4 poles and Clip Sleeves (D). The 2 poles with brake wheels must be on the same narrow side of the shelf.

  4. Assemble 2 Clip Sleeves (D) on the Poles (C) at the narrow side of the cart (same side as wheels with brake). Then slide the handle (F) onto the Clip Sleeves (D). Leave space at the top of the Poles (C) for the Solid Steel Shelf (G).

  • For best results, assemble on flat ground.
  • Keep small parts such as clip pieces and screws out of the reach of children.

REQUIRE 2 PERSONS TO ASSEMBLY

Important Notes

Recommend:
You can use a rubber mallet (NOT included) to hit hard along the edges of the shelf. Please make sure it is completely fixed onto the pole.

  2. Snap the Clip Sleeves (D) to the lowest groove on Poles (C) with the arrow pointing up. Make sure that the heights are identical for each Pole (C).

  3. Assemble the Wire Shelf (E) through the top of the 4 poles and Clip Sleeves (D).
    NOTICE: The 2 poles with brake wheels must be on the same narrow side of the shelf.

  4. Assemble 2 Clip Sleeves (D) on the Poles (C) at the narrow side of the cart (the same side as wheels with brake). And then slide the handle (F) onto the Clip Sleeves (D). Leave space at the top of the Poles (C) for the Solid Steel Shelf (G).

  5. Repeat steps 2-3 to assemble the Solid Steel Shelf (G).
    The position of the Solid Steel Shelf (G) / Wire Shelf (E) can be adjusted at will.
