Warm Tips:
As shown in the figure, when fixed to the pole, the multiple gaps between the
two clip sleeves are a normal phenomenon, NOT a quality problem.
This is aimed to fit the shelf firmly into the pole.
Recommend:
You can use a rubber mallet (NOT included) to hit hard along the edges of the
shelf. Please make sure it is completely fixed onto the pole.
6. Load Bearing Range:
Static (With Leveling Feet):
650 LBS (Total); 250 LBS (Solid Steel Shelf), 400 LBS (Wire Shelf)
Static & Dynamic (With Wheels):
650 LBS (Total); 250 LBS (Solid Steel Shelf), 400 LBS (Wire Shelf)
**** Recommended to use the utility cart in sunny weather, not in wet and rainy weather for a long time. Wipe clean after use. (For Outdoor Use)
Installation Steps
-
Screw each stem of Wheel (A, B) into the bottom of each Pole (C), and turn each wheel clock-wise until in the desired location.
Needs to be tightened with a wrench finally. Repeat for all Pole (C). -
Snap the Clip Sleeves (D) to the lowest groove on Poles (C) with the arrow pointing up. Make sure that the heights are identical for each Pole (C).
-
Assemble the Wire Shelf (E) through the top of the 4 poles and Clip Sleeves (D).
NOTICE:
The 2 poles with brake wheels must be on the same narrow side of the shelf. -
Assemble 2 Clip Sleeves (D) on the Poles (C) at the narrow side of the cart (the same side as wheels with brake). And then slide the handle (F) onto the Clip Sleeves (D). Leave space at the top of the Poles (C) for the Solid Steel Shelf (G).
-
Repeat steps 2-3 to assemble the Solid Steel Shelf (G).
The position of the Solid Steel Shelf (G) / Wire Shelf (E) can be adjusted at will.
