Product overview
Thank you for purchasing Smart Home Gateway (hereinafter referred to as
Gateway)
Smart home gateway is an easy to install gateway, its simple and easy to
operate control interface, can eliminate the trouble caused by various
Settings, the device can be with the ZigBee Light Link protocol lamp, ZigBee
HA protocol socket and ZigBee 3.0 protocol equipment and other products for
wireless access.
Indicators and ports description
Indicator description:
- Red light: the gateway is powered on;
- White light: The gateway is starting
- blue light: the gateway has been connected to the router LAN, at this time can perform local operations;
- green: gateway has been connected to the WAN through the router, at this time can be remote operation;
Operation instruction:

- REST key: Located at the bottom of the gateway
- network port: external network interface, available network cable router

with network cable connection: connect the gateway to 5V power supply, connect the LAN port of the gateway and the LAN port of the router with network cable, the gateway indicator turns green, the user searches for “Feibi Zhilink” small program registration and login, scan the two-dimensional code on the back of the gateway for gateway binding.

Bind gateway: After logging in to the account in the wechat mini program, go to “Home” – > “Add” – > Bind gateway according to the mini program operation instructions.

Add sub-devices: When you see that the gateway indicator turns from white to blue or green, press the Allow access key or the small program to trigger the gateway to allow access to the network, the indicator blinks alternately in five colors: red, blue, green, purple, and green, which means that other devices are allowed to join the ZigBee network. At this time, other devices are allowed to join the network, and the devices will automatically join the ZigBee network.

Add sub-gateway: My – > Gateway Management – > Add Sub- gateway.

Restore factory Settings: When the gateway is powered on, press and hold the RESET key at the bottom of the gateway for more than 5 seconds. At this time, the white indicator of the gateway blinks quickly, and all devices in the gateway are cleared.
Cautions:
- this product has a matching power adapter, it is strictly prohibited to use other specifications of the power adapter, to prevent damage to the circuit board;
- This product is a wireless communication device, please place it flat about 0.5m away from the ground, do not place it in a metal box to prevent the signal from being shielded;
- the ambient temperature range is -25℃ to +70℃
- avoid use in chemical or combustible gas, saturated salt spray, long-term high humidity or other abnormal environment;
- should be installed in no significant shaking, no impact vibration and no rain and snow invasion of the place, and the medium is not enough to corrode metal and destroy insulation gas and dust, more no explosion risk;

The following conditions are not covered by the free warranty:
- Machines disassembled or repaired by unauthorized maintenance centers;
- Damage caused by flood, fire, lightning and other natural disasters;
