To connect this product, prepare the cable separately according to the device to be used.
Your device may charge slower or not charge at all if connectors or cables that convert to terminals other than USB Type-C and Lightning are used.
When another device is connected to an open port while this product is in use, the output of the connected port may temporarily drop and reconnect. When the smartphone starts charging, you will hear a sound. If you hear the same sound again, that is not a malfunction.

How to use

Connect the charging cable to this product and connect the other end to the device you want to charge.
Pull out the prongs and plug the adapter into an outlet to start charging.

The charging output varies according to the standards of the connected devices and the specifications of the cable. It is possible your device is unable to charge at maximum output. This product may operate under another standard that is not USB Power Delivery depending on the specifications and conditions of the connected device. The NINTENDO SWITCH™ cannot be used simultaneously with the Nintendo Switch dock.

Do not use this device with incompatible charging cables. It will cause fire, melting, or malfunctions.

This product is not waterproof. Please do not use nor store it in a wet environment. Rain, water spray, juice, coffee, steam, sweat and other liquids may cause a breakdown.

If the product is not used for a long period of time, disconnect the product from the household outlet. Malfunctions may occur otherwise.

Do not drop the product, nor subject it to strong physical shocks. Do not place objects on it.
