Product Usage Instructions

Setup
Connect the Sirius USB Headset to your PC or laptop’s USB port. The driver will be installed automatically.

Mic Mute & Volume Control
Press the mic mute button on the headset to mute/unmute the microphone. The LED indicator will glow red when muted.

Call Control

Use the call control button to attend/end calls directly from the headset. Test this feature by making calls via the softphone application and using the call control button to manage the calls.
After completing a call, press the call control button to end the call.

What is covered under the warranty?
Telekonnectors (TLK) warrants the product against defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from the original purchase date. The warranty covers servicing, replacement, or repair of theproduct.
What is not covered under warranty?
Physical damages, improper usage, mishandling, and headsets without serial numbers are not covered under warranty.
How to release mic mute on the Sirius USB Headset?
Press the mic mute button again to release the mute on the microphone.

Operation – Basics

Connect the Sirius USB Headset to your PC/Laptop USB port. The driver will be installed automatically.
Check the operation by making a call on the softphone via Sirius USB Headset. Press the mic mute button, the LED will glow in red and verify whether the caller cannot hear your voice. To release mic mute, press the mic mute button again.
The call control button can be used to attend/end calls directly by using the interface instead of the soft phone application. To test the same, make a call to the softphone application and attend the call by pressing the call control button.
Once the call is completed, press the call control button to end the call.
You can adjust the caller’s voice to your comfort level by using ‘+’ button that increases the receive volume level and ‘–’ button that decreases the receive volume level.

Warranty details

Telekonnectors (TLK) warrant this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship appearing within 1 year from the date of original purchase (invoice) of the product. We will service and return the product or replace it as per our policy.
Physical damages, internal or external due to improper usage and mishandling are not covered under this warranty. Headsets without serial number will not be covered under warranty.
This limited warranty, is in lieu or all other warranties, express or implied, including this implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall TLK be responsible for any other damages, whatsoever including direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or otherwise of breach of this or any other warranty, expressed or implied.
