We’ve upgraded our Baxi Assure residential System boilers to deliver a range that’s more efficient, and easier to install, wire and maintain than ever before – all whilst offering the same impeccable performance and user- friendliness that you’ve come to expect.

- Can be fitted with energy-boosting add-ons that reduce the strain on the boiler whilst reducing emissions – including Flue Gas Heat Recovery units, and In-Flue Outdoor Sensors for weather compensation

- Rear pipework enables flexible siting

- Pre-heated siphonic condensate trap prevents freezing and lock-outs in extreme winter conditions
- Raised gas valve reduces the risk of water damage when extracting wet components
- Robust, corrosion-resistant brass hydraulics and stainless steel heat exchanger
- Oversized rainwater drip tray hose prevents damage from horizontal rainwater ingress
Better for installation and maintenance
- Internal fit telescopic flue option – can be installed quickly, safely and cheaply by one person from within the property, and without needing a separate vertical flue adapter
- ‘Positive Fit’ pressure relief valve combined with separate drain saves time and money on boiler drain-downs during repairs
- Colour-coded and removable wiring block, allowing for easy access and speed of wiring
- 31 error code history allowing for faster first-time fixes

Where low flow taps or fittings are intended to be used in the DHW system connected to the boiler, it is strongly recommended the DHW flow rate does not fall below 2.5l / min. This will ensure reliable operation of the DHW function.
