DANGER

something in its vicinity may be damaged.
INTENDED USE
This device is only designed for removing nose and ear hair and trimming eyebrows. Use the precision trimmer only on humans.
WARNINGS AND SAFETY NOTES
Notes on handling batteries
WARNING
- Always insert the batteries correctly, taking into account the polarity (+ / −). Keep batteries clean and dry and away from water. Always select the correct battery type.
- Never short-circuit batteries and battery compartment contacts.
- Never charge, forcibly discharge, heat, disassemble, deform, encapsulate or modify batteries.
- Never weld or solder on batteries.
- Always insert the batteries correctly, taking into account the polarity (+ / −). Keep batteries clean and dry and away from water. Always select the correct battery type.
- Never short-circuit batteries and battery compartment contacts.
- Never charge, forcibly discharge, heat, disassemble, deform, encapsulate or modify batteries.
- Never weld or solder on batteries.
- Never mix batteries of different manufacturers, capacities (new and used), size and type within a device.
- Risk of explosion! Failure to comply with the points mentioned above can result in personal injury, overheating, leakage, venting, breakage, explosion or fire.
- If a battery has leaked, put on protective gloves and clean the battery compartment with a dry cloth.
- If your skin or eyes come into contact with battery fluid, rinse the affected areas with water and seek medical assistance.
- Choking hazard! Keep batteries out of the reach of children. Seek medical attention immediately if swallowed. Swallowing them may cause severe internal burns and death.
- Never allow children to replace batteries without adult supervision.
CAUTION
- Store batteries away from metal objects in a well-ventilated, dry and cool place.
- Never expose batteries to direct sunlight or rain.
- Exposure of batteries to an environment with extremely high temperatures or extremely low air pressure may result in an explosion or leakage of flammable liquids and gases.
- Remove batteries from the device if it is not going to be used for a long period. Do not use the product if the battery compartment lid no longer closes properly.
- Dispose of discharged batteries immediately and properly. Never dispose of batteries in fire or hot ovens.
NOTICE
- When disposing of batteries, keep batteries with different electrochemical systems separate.
INITIAL USE
Exchanging the attachments
Turn the relevant attachment clockwise slightly and remove it.
USAGE

Shaping eyebrows using the miniature blade
- Slide the ON/OFF switch up to switch on the device.
- Shape the eyebrows by shaving them slowly and gently.
- Slide the ON/OFF switch down to switch off the device when you are finished using it.
Trimming eyebrows using the comb attachment for the miniature blade
- The comb attachment is labeled with 3mm on one side and 6mm on the other. Place the comb attachment onto the miniature blade from above. Make sure that you have placed the correct side of the comb attachment on the miniature blade. Make sure that you hear and feel the comb attachment click into place.
- Slide the ON/OFF switch up to switch on the device.
- Run the comb attachment over your eyebrow from the outside of the brow inwards towards your nose (see Figure 1).
- Slide the ON/OFF switch down to switch off the device when you are finished using it.
Removing nose/ear hair using the nose and ear hair attachment
- Slide the ON/OFF switch up to switch on the device.
- Slowly and carefully insert the tip into the front part of the nose or ear. Remove the nose or ear hair using small, circular motions.
- Slide the ON/OFF switch down to switch off the device when you are finished using it.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Clean the device after use with a soft, slightly damp cloth. If it is very dirty, you can also moisten the cloth with a mild soapy solution. Do not use any abrasive cleaning products.
Cleaning the attachments
Blow out the miniature blade or attachment for nose and ear hair after use.
Alternatively, clean the attachments with the cleaning brush. For especially
thorough cleaning, you can also rinse the attachments under running water.
To do so, proceed as follows:
- Turn the attachments clockwise slightly and remove them.
- Hold the attachments under running water.
- Leave the attachments to dry completely before reattaching them to the device.
Cleaning the comb attachment
Blow out the comb attachment after use. Alternatively, clean the comb
attachment with the cleaning brush. For especially thorough cleaning, you can
rinse it under running water.
DISPOSAL
For environmental reasons, do not dispose of the device in household waste at
the end of its service life. Dispose of the device at a suitable local
collection or recycling point in your country. Dispose
of the device per EC Directive Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment
(WEEE). If you have any questions, please contact the local authorities
responsible for waste disposal. Batteries must not be disposed of in the
household waste. They may contain poisonous heavy metals and are subject to
special refuse treatment.
The codes below are printed on batteries containing harmful substances:
- Pb = battery contains lead,
- Cd = battery contains cadmium,
- Hg = battery contains mercury
