Charging indication:
When the lantern is off, connect it to the power supply by the type-c cable, the “breathing” effect of the glimmer in the lampshade indicates the device is in the state of charging. The power Indicators can show the battery level clearly.
After the device is fully charged, the “breathing” effect will stop and indicate the device is fully charged. When the lantern is on, connect it to the power supply by the type-c cable, The power Indicators can show the battery level and there is no “breathing” effect of the glimmer in the lampshade.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE AND GUARANTEE

Warranty period:1 year
Warranty Scope:

  1. The product is within the warranty period;
  2. Quality problems occurred when the product leaves the factory, such as missing original parts, film surface damage, etc.;

Non-Warranty Scope:

  1. Unable to provide valid proof of original purchase (invoice or formal bill with purchase date and purchase channel);
  2. Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, replacement and maintenance of the product without the consent of the manufacturer:

Warranty Service:

  1. Consumers can consult the company or the company’s authorized dealers for detailed protection services, after-sales staff will inform consumers of the address and contact information of the nearest dealer;
  2. If the product is within the scope of quality assurance, after-sales staff will provide quality assurance services according to the specific situation, such as replacement or return of spare parts and other services;

Disclaimer:

  1. FLEXTAILGEAR guarantees that all products have passed the factory inspection. If you believe that the products do have quality problems and are missing, please refuse to sign and receive them and timely contact FLEXTAILGEAR after-sales service for processing, if signed and confirmed no quality defects, FLEXTAILGEAR will not accept;
  2. Please note that the recommended use method of the product, such as projector lumen and projection environment is for reference only and cannot be applied to all projection environments.

Paid maintenance service:
If you buy a product that goes beyond the three-pack, FLEXTAILGEAR provides you with a paid repair service. If the paid repair process is completed by repairing the faulty parts, FLEXTAILGEAR provides you with a warranty period of 30 natural days upon receipt of the repaired product; If the paid repair process is completed by replacing the faulty parts, FLEXTAILGEAR provides
you with a warranty period of 90 natural days after the replacement, and the round-trip freight of the paid repair will be borne by the user.

Warm Tips:

  1. You can get the latest maintenance cost standards through official email and other official channels;
  2. If the product parts need to be replaced, the replaced broken parts shall be owned by FLEXTAILGEAR.

THREE GUARANTEES ARE NOT SUPPORTED
Returns are not supported:

  1. Submit the return requirements over the return time;
  2. Unable to provide purchase documents or invoices, forge or modify the documents;
  3. Damage due to incomplete replacement of goods / or human error.

Returns are not supported:

  1. After FLEXTAILGEAR internal testing, there is no quality problem in the product itself (only for return users with defective products);
  2. Goods that affect secondary sales (including but not limited to FLEXTAILGEAR unpacking, serious dirt after use, etc.).

Three guarantees of services are not supported:

  1. The products that do not meet the provisions of the three Guarantees of services (including but not limited to exceeding the time limit);
  2. Collision and burning accidents caused by human errors are not product quality problems;
  3. Modify, refit, repair, brush it by yourself or a third party not authorized by FLEXTAILGEAR;
  4. Damage caused by repaired by yourself;
  5. The product malfunction caused by the software fault of the peripherals or accessories not configured by the products used with the product;
  6. Damage caused by the product not being operated according to the instructions;
  7. The serial number of the machine, factory labels, and other labels of the product are torn or juggled;
  8. The product malfunction caused by misuse, collision, drop, negligence, abuse, fluid intake, moisture exposure, accident, modification, incorrect installation or use, and other problems not related to the product itself quality.
  9. Natural consumption, wear, and aging of consumable materials;
  10. Lack of accessories, gifts, invoices, or modifications of the product that affect the integrity of the product;
  11. The broken product caused by the use, maintenance, and storage according to the user instructions;
  12. Colliding and burning not caused by product quality problems, or broken products caused by unauthorized modification, entering foreign matters (water, oil, sand, etc.), incorrect installation, and failure to use and operate according to the instructions;
  13. Damage caused by accidents, disasters, and wars
  14. Other situations that do not conform to the FLEXTAILGEAR after-sales policy.

Service Guidelines:

  1.   3. Repair and replacement address: Please contact customer service through the official email, the official website, and other official channels. To provide you with better after-sales service, please contact FLEXTAILGEAR customer service for the specified address and recipient before sending goods back for repair or replacement, and provide the corresponding logistics tracking number, so that FLEXTAILGEAR can better track the logistics, and provide after-sales service. If you do not return
    it under this Treaty, FLEXTAILGEAR will not be liable.
