TOOLS & MATERIALS
Hand tight all joints
Rubber washer X4
Plumber’s tape X 1
INSTALLATION DIAGRAM
This showerhead is designed to be fitted to shower hose with a female 1/.2″
BSP thread.
Please take the plumber’s tape and wrap it onto the shower thread. Hold firmly
and pull away to snap the tape cleanly, 2 or 3 wraps against the thread should
do the trick.
Please place a rubber washer between each connection and make sure it is
sitting flush. Hand tightens clockwise until a firm fit is attained. Caution!
Do not over-tighten.
Please check joint and connections for any leaks, if this occurs check the
condition of the washer. Replace if necessary or reseat correctly then re-
tighten.
The showerhead comes with a swivel joint providing flexible positioning of
water stream. Please unscrew the swivel ball connector a little bit, rotate to
find the right angle you desired.
AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS
Over time, lime and calcium can build up on the showerhead, blocking the
shower nozzles and distorting the shower spray. The spray plate must be
regularly cleaned to make sure that the showerhead does not become blocked.
Please use your thumb or a soft cloth to wipe any limescale from the front
face of the spray plate assembly.
Many household cleaners contain abrasives and chemical substances, and should
not be used for cleaning plated or plastic fittings. The safest way to clean
your shower head is to wipe it with a soft damp cloth.
Stains can be cleaned with a mild washing-up detergent or soap solution and
then wiped dry using a soft cloth.
All bath cleaning powders and liquids will damage the surface of your fitting.
Never use abrasive detergents or disinfectants or those containing alcohol,
hydrochloric acid, or phosphoric acid.
NOTE: All surface finishes will wear if not cleaned correctly.
ONE MORE TIP
Please know this shower head is heavy because of the built-in shower filter. Like any shower head too much weight will cause the holder to rotate and the head to drop. You might need a holder that screws down so it’s firmly held. To overcome this all you need to do is tighten the screw that holds the rotating holder.
