  1. Press and hold the music button for 3 seconds, and you’ll hear a “ding dong” prompt, showing that the receiver is in the pairing status.
  2. Press the Push Button once, and the receiver plays the default chime, which means the pairing operation is completed.

Clear Pairing Record
Press and hold the Volume Button for over 5 seconds, and you’ll hear a “ding dong, ding dong” prompt, showing that the receiver has cleared all pairing records. (This will remove all paired Push Buttons.)
For home installation scenarios, please read the following precautions carefully:

  1. Make sure that there is no interference from wireless radio devices of the same frequency (433MHz) within the range of use.
  2. DO NOT install the transmitter on metal doors, windows, surfaces, or semi-closed metal frames, which will severely reduce the transmission distance.
  3. The receiver should be installed as far away as possible from metal objects, household appliances or other electrical equipment. Electromagnetic interference will affect the wireless signal of the doorbell.
  4. Avoid obstacles between the transmitter and receiver as much as possible. The receiver should be installed as close to the direction of the transmitter as possible.
  5. The wireless signal strength of the doorbell ranks from strong to weak in houses made of plank, brick, and concrete.

Troubleshooting

  •  If the transmitter doesn’t light up when pressed:
Check if the transmitter battery is low. Press the transmitter and if the indicator keeps flashing or does not light up at all, replace the battery.

  • If the receiver doesn’t respond or light up after connecting to power: Check the connected power socket for electricity (or try a different power socket).

  • If pressing the transmitter results in it lighting up, but the receiver doesn’t light up or ring:
1.Verify if the receiver is properly powered as mentioned in the second point.
2.Check if the remote distance exceeds the range. Bring the transmitter and receiver closer to eliminate signal interference.
3.Clear the pairing records and re-pair the transmitter with the receiver.
4.It is recommended to install the transmitter and receiver at a height of at least 1 meter from the ground for optimal performance.
5.Place the receiver away from other electrical devices (such as refrigerators, fans, televisions, induction cookers, etc.).
6.If the installation location of the transmitter is made of metal, aluminum, iron, or marble, the remote distance may be significantly reduced.
7.If you encounter this issue when pairing multiple receivers/transmitters, verify if the wireless doorbell transmission systems are compatible. The amplitude modulation OOK system is not compatible with the frequency modulation FSK system. For more details, please consult customer service.

  • If pressing the transmitter results in it lighting up, and the receiver lights up but doesn’t ring or produces a very low sound:
1.Check if the receiver is in silent mode by pressing the setup button. (Working modes include: Flashing only/Silent mode; Ringing only; and Flashing & ringing).
2.Adjust the ring volume to a comfortable level using the volume button.

  • If one of the two receivers doesn’t work: Keep a distance of at least 1 meter between the two receivers. Plugging both receivers into the same power strip may affect signal reception, resulting in only one receiver ringing.

  • If the receiver automatically rings without pressing the transmitter:
1.Verify if there was a power outage followed by power restoration in your house. If yes, the automatic ringing is normal in such a case.
2.Check if the receiver is properly plugged into the power socket.
3.If the doorbell frequently rings by itself every day, please contact customer service for assistance.

  • If the double-sided adhesive tape doesn’t stick: Ensure that the installation surface is clean, dust-free, and flat.
