PLEASE READ this sheet prior to assembly to familiarise yourself with the various stages of construction.
Carefully open the pack supplied and check the contents against the parts and fittings check list. Do not destroy any of the packaging until you are certain that you have all the necessary parts for the assembly.
CAUTION: There are small components used in the construction of this unit. These loose items should be kept away from young children whilst assembling your unit to avoid the danger of choking.

INFORMATION

  • We recommend that this Unit is assembled in the room intended for use.
  • When you are ready to start, make sure that you have the right tools, plenty of space and a clean, dry area for assembly
  • Unwrap all packaging materials and place each component on top of the carton box or on a clean floor to  prevent it from scratching.
  • Check the pack and make sure you have all the parts listed.
  • Ensure that this product is fully assembled as illustrated before use.
  • Check all screws or bolts are tightened and inspect regularly.
  • Tools are not included unless specified in the parts list.

WARNINGS

  • This product should only be used on a firm and level floor.
  • Keep small parts out of reach of children.
  • Make sure the legs/base remain in contact with the floor.
  • DO NOT use power tools to construct this product.
  • DO NOT tighten screws until parts are assembled or as advised in this guide.
  • DO NOT over tighten screws or bolts.
  • DO NOT use this product if parts are missing, damaged or worn.
  • DO NOT climb, sit or stand on the product.
  • The product must be filled using of wall straps provided to avoid accidents and possible fatal injuries if the item falls over or tips over during use.
  • If wall fixings are supplied, always ensure the wall area to be drilled is free of electrical wires, water and gas pipes. The wall fixing supplied are suitable for solid walls. For other types of wall suitable fixings must be obtained  separately. If in doubt, please consult a qualified tradesperson.

CARE INFORMATION

  • Never use scorers, abrasives, or chemical cleaners.
  • To clean, wipe with a damp sponge and warm soapy water. Do not use solvent-based cleaners or detergents as they can bleach or damage the product

A GUIDE TO WALL MOUNTING & FIXINGS

Important note:

If plastic wall plugs are supplied with your product: – These are only suitable for use in masonry walls.
– If you are in any doubt about the correct wall plugs for your wall, seek professional advice.
– Failure of the product due to using incorrect fixings is the responsibility of the installer.
Important: When drilling into walls always check that there are no hidden wires or pipes etc.
Make sure that the screws and wall plugs being used are suitable for supporting your unit. Consult a qualified tradesperson if you are unsure.

Hints:

  1. General rule: **** Always use a large screw and wall plug if you are not sure.

  2. Ensure you use the recommended drill bit to match the wall plug and hole size.

  3. Ensure you drill the hole horizontally, do not force the drill or enlarge the hole.

  4. Take extra care when drilling high walls, ceilings and ceramic tiles.
    Ensure wall plugs are inserted beyond the thickness of the ceramic tiles to avoid the tiles splitting or cracking.

  5. Ensure wall plugs are well fitted and are a tight fit in the drill hole.

Types of walls
You can use one of the following types of wall plug if your walls are made of brick, breeze block, concrete, stone or wood.
No.1 “General Purpose” wall plug Generally aerated blocks should not be used to support heavy loads, use a specialist fitting in this case. For light loads, general purpose wall plugs can be used.
No.2 “Plasterboard” wall plug

For use when attaching light loads on to plasterboard partitions.
No.3 “Cavity Fixing” wall plug For use with plasterboard partitions or hollow wooden doors.
No.4 “Cavity Fixing-Heavy Duty” wall plug For use when fitting or supporting heavy loads such as shelving, wall cabinets and coat racks.

No.5 “Hammer Fixing” wall plug

For use with walls stuck with plasterboard. The hammer fixing allows it to be fixed to the wall rather than the plasterboard. Always check the fixing is secure to the retaining wall.
No.6 “Shield Anchor” wall plug Heavy load

For use with heavier loads such as TV & HiFi speakers and satellite dishes etc.

Care & Maintenance

Safety: Always check the fitting and location to ensure your safety in and around the home.
Fitting: From time to time check the fitting to ensure the wall plugs or screws do not become loose.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

To power on the wireless charging function, connect the wireless charger USB cable with a QC 3.0 USB-A adaptor. (Adaptor not included) When the USB port LED turns red, the charger is powered on.

To charge using the wireless charging function:

  1. Remove any protective cases and place the device to be charged on top of the charging pad. Note that on some devices you may have to activate wireless charging In settings.
  2. When the USB port LED turns blue, the device has begun wireless charging.

To charge using the USB cable function:

Ensure you are using a charging cable compatible with your device. Cable not Included. Connect the USB cable to the USB port and the other end of the cable to your device.

  • Please inspect cabling before first use. If frayed or damaged, please contact X Rocker support for assistance.
  • Please only use a USB certified power supply to power this product.
  • Excess voltage provided by an alternative power source may cause damage to the product and inflict injury to the user.
  • Tousle the wireless charging function. please ensure your device supports wireless charging.
  • DO NOT use the USB output and wireless charging functions at the same time as it may cause a charging failure and may cause damage to the product
  • DO NOT attempt to repair this product yourself, as opening or removing covers may expose you to dangerous voltage points or other risks.
  • DO NOT attempt to clean the charger with wet cloth or In water, so as not to cause leakage, short circuit .
  • Please ensure the wireless charger and USB output port do not come into contact with any liquids as this may cause damage to the product.
  • Please ensure that the Intended device for use with the wireless charger is clean and dry
  • If an abnormal smell occurs or the charger and/or the device becomes hot to the touch, please remove the device from charging and stop using It immediately.
  • Please note, It is normal for the device to feel warmer than usual during wireless charging.
  • Please do not place any metal or foreign objects on the wireless charging port.
  • Clean with a duster or dry cloth only.
  • Only use this product in indoor. dry environments. Avoid sustained contact with direct sunlight.
  • The wall socket must be located near the equipment and must be easily accessible.
  • Young children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the product.
  • Never use a damage or faulty USB cable for charging since this can damage the product and harm your device.
  • Please note all rechargeable batteries begin to degrade after a certain number of charge cycles. Keeping a device charged to 100% battery capacity all the time might cause the battery to degrade more quickly.
  • Actual charging efficiency is based on the quality of the power source, adapter, and charging device. Powering the device via computer or adapter lower than QC3.0 may decrease the charging speed.

USE OF THE OPTIONAL LED SMART/ NEO MOTION SYNC APP OWNERSHIP

The APP offered for use here to control the Neo Motion™ lighting effects via a mobile device is provided by a Third-Party software developer and is made available Free/Gratis to the user via the Google Play Store or Apple APP Store. The  LED Smart APP is not affiliated, connected, controlled, or owned by X Rocker or any part of the group of companies which own the X Rocker brand. The use of the APP Is voluntary and the decision to download and use the APP Is made  fully of this knowledge and shall be your own decision to download, install, grant permissions, and use the APP to control Neo Motion lighting from X Rocker.

PERMISSIONS

The APP requires several permissions from the mobile device to function correctly. These permissions are (but not limited to); Phone, Contacts, Music, Read & Write, BT and Wi-Fi LAN. The user of the APP upon installing the APP and  granting the Third-Party APP developer and APP access to these permissions, does so in the full knowledge that this in no way forms any kind of legal agreement with X Rocker and is a wholly independent relationship between the User  and Third-Party APP developer.

PERFORMANCE

X Rocker makes no guarantees to the user using this APP as to the performance of the APP. The APP will require updates from the applicable APP Store from time to time In order to maintain functionality. X Rocker makes no guarantees over the term or longevity of performance of the APP and its ability to be available for download and control the lighting. For this reason, all the items using this APP also come with a manual function on the item to control the Neo  Motion.
WARRANTY
APP control of the Item is explicitly excluded from the warranty of the Item purchased and should the item not function with the APP, this shall not render the item as having a fault or being faulty. The APP is supported by X Rocker only  as a means of adding additional functionality which is open to the user ona gratis basis to decide to us or not. It is not compulsory to use the APP to use the Neo Motion. Returns, refunds or calms made to the manufacturer for failure of  the APP are not valid and will not be supported by X Rocker.
DATA
X Rocker hereby states that it shall not collect, store or use any data whatsoever from any of the Users of the APP, or request data about the APP Users from the Third-Party APP Developer. X Rocker UK is registered at the ICO for all  GDPR matters covered by The Data Protection Act 2018. Any permissions given to the Third-Party by the User of the APP is done In accordance with the understanding that X Rocker is a wholly independent entity and not affiliated with  the APP provider for data collection purposes and the use of said data. X Rocker is not able to make any claims and/or guarantees on behalf of the Third-Party APP developer and their use of any data collected by their APP.
LIABILITIES AND RIGHTS TO CLAIM.
By downloading and using the Third-Party APP to control Neo Motion items, the User hereby agrees that X Rocker shall not be liable or responsible in any way whatsoever for a loss of function, service, data, damage, or any other claimed  or actual defect claimed or caused as a result of using the APP on any type of mobile or electronic device such as mobile, tablet and computer. The hereby User agrees that they waive all their rights to hold X Rocker liable for any claims or liabilities as a result of the User using the APP.X
