PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Gas barbecue machine is designed with advanced techniques. It has the characteristics of high efficiency; keeping warm, using less energy, safety and easy operation.

Features:

  1. Temperature control: This roaster adopts two burners and two thermostats for separate control.
  2. The temperature can be adjusted within a certain range (see the table below).

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

When using the electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the following.

  1. Read all instructions.
  2. This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning using the appliance safely and understand the hazards. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and children shall not make user maintenance unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
  3. Keep the appliance and cord out of reach of children less than 8 years.
  4. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons to avoid a hazard.
  5. CAUTION: Hot surfaces. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs, Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or hot surface.
  6. The appliances are not intended to be operated using an external timer or a separate remote-control system.
  7. Clean surfaces in contact with food.
  8. Before use, check that the voltage of the wall outlet corresponds to the one shown on the rating plate.
  9. To protect against electric shock, do not immerse the cord, plugs, or housing in water or other liquid.
  10. Unplug from the outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.
  11. Do not place on or near a hot gas, electric burner, or heated oven.
  12. Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
  13. Do not touch the machine’s moving or spinning parts when baking.
  14. Never switch on the appliance without properly placing the bread pan-filled ingredients.
  15. Never beat the bread pan on the top or edge to remove the pan; this may damage the bread pan.
  16. Always attach the plug to the appliance first, then plug the cord into the wall outlet. Turn any control OFF to disconnect, then remove the plug from the wall outlet.
  17. Do not use the equipment for unexpected purposes.
  18. Other precautions:
    a. The roaster should be put in a stable location. It should have a 30cm distance from the other objects. The backside should be 10cm away from the wall. Any in flammables, such as towels and clothing cannot be put on the roaster.
    b.The voltage of power should be the same as the nameplate of the roaster. The difference of voltage cannot be beyond +10%.
    c. You should install a power switch, fuse and breaker for the roaster.
    The objects cannot be put around the switch.
    d. As the roaster uses low pressure LPG (2.8Kpa), the connecting hose cannot be shorter than 1.5m.

OPERATION

  1. Put the food onto the swing pole, switching on the power, the power lamp is on. Turning the thermostat to the required temperature. Turning the gas valve counter clockwise, the ignition system ignites automatically. If it cannot ignite, turn off the gas valve and try again. The temperature of the roaster begins increasing. The food is roasting.
  2. The swing pole is for the roasted food. It can be put up for clean or fixing the food. The food should put in the middle of the pole. During the pole swings, the roasted food also swings.

TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

In transportation, it should be very careful to prevent heavy vibration.
The equipment in package cannot be put in open-air for long time.
It should be put in a good facility of air and non-corrosive air storage.
It cannot be put upside-down.
If it is necessary to put it in open-air, it should have waterproof facilities.

CLEANING AND PROTECTION

  1. Before cleaning, the power should be cut off.
  2. After work everyday, you should clean the roaster surface and the leading wire with wet towel, using non-corrosive detergent. It is forbidden to water the electric box.

FAILURE RECOVERY

  1. Gas pressure is too low.
  2. The ignition needle position is abnormal.
  3. Nozzle is blocked.
