Important
This manual contains assembly instructions and safety information.
Please read this manual before using your reformer and keep it for future
reference.
If you do not follow the instructions and safety warnings, you can suffer a
serious injury.
Warning
This reformer is designed to be used indoors.
Use your reformer with caution, especially when your exercise is based on the
resistance of the springs.
If you are an inexperienced or first-time user, use your reformer under the
supervision of a professional.
Make sure that your clients or patients receive proper instruction before
using the reformer.
IMPROPER USE OF THE REFORMER CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY. TO REDUCE THE RISK:
- Before any exercise, consult a physician.
- Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain in your chest, weakness, breathing difficulty or discomfort.
- Before using the equipment, read and follow the safety instructions and perform your exercises under professional supervision.
- Use the equipment only for the intended exercises.
- Do not use the equipment if it appears to be worn, broken or damaged.
- Do not attempt to repair the equipment yourself without contacting Elina Pilates.
- Make sure that the springs are fully assembled at both ends.
- A spring that is only half closed runs the risk of loosening with great force.
- When you are using the push bar with the springs, a trained professional should keep one hand on the bar.
- Keep your body, clothing and hair free of any targets that could get caught.
- Make sure the equipment is properly adjusted for your size and skill level.
- For optimal performance, allow at least 60 cm of clearance on each side of the reformer.
- Before moving the reformer, make sure that the ropes do not drag, that the springs are secure and the carriage is safe.
- The reformer should be used by a single person weighing no more than 350 Ibs / 159 kgs.
- Do not allow children to use or be near to the reformer without adult supervision.
- This equipment must be installed on a level and stable floor.
Elite Wood Reformer includes:
- Rail in premium rock maple wood.
- Stainless steel metal parts.
- Silent and smooth slide system.
- Adjustable shoulder pads in 4 positions. Adapted to any people
- Adjustable headrest in 3 positions.
- 4 positions spring bar and 2 rows of prestressed anchor.
- Springs: 2 light (yellow), 2 medium (green) y 2 strong (red).
- A cotton handles: 1set of double handles for hands and feet, 1 set of padded handles and 1 set of foot handle.
- Pulley bars with quick height change and removable quick-release system.
- 7-position quick-change footbar.
- Adjustable and sliding fastening strap along the entire rail.
- Stackable, wheels for easy transport.
- Includes the jump board, Box and Standing Platform.
- 1set of pulley ropes.
- 1 adjustable foot strap.
Towerincludes:
- Stainless steel towers with hooks. Easier exercises from outside of the unit. Easily removable.
- Mat to cover the surface with handles. Very light.
- Push Bar adjustable in 3 heights.
- 1 push bar safety strap.
- 4 positions spring bar and 2 rows of prestressed anchor.
- Bed springs: 2 light (yellow), 2 medium (green) y 2 strong (red).
- Roll – down bar in solid rock maple.
- 1 set for simple handles for foot.
Reformer Assembly
Now you must assemble it: first, the 4 small screws and then the black plate,
placing it on the lower part, at the bottom, so it does not brake the push
bar.
Follow the same process on the opposite side.
